Here are my first gameplay patch for fifa 07.
I have converted the last NK´s gampeplay for fifa 06 and changing some values to make the game a litle bit harder.
In this patch i only edited the CPU abilities. The ball physics isn´t changed.

How to install:
To install you need the Filemaster program from Rinaldo
Launch file master and browse for the following directory:
Fifa07-data-cmn-ini.big.
Click in ini.big. Then click on import button and import the cpudiff that i have made. Overwrite the original and go to the game.

This gp patch is just a conversion of NK gampeplay for fifa 06 with some diferent values that i have edited. I haven´t edited the ai.ini so this match won´t make the things that you would like.

Sweetpatch does not support the editing of their downloads. This has been a problem in the past with users taking edits of CEP by Ockham and others who put in their time and effort for the community. This is not the way to get create a good update, especially taking FIFA 06 gameplay designs and putting it into 07 that does not run the same.

I am currently making an update for FIFA 07, this again will stand by the Sweetpatch exclusivity.

There's something that i admire you is that just as i think that "something" is going to happen in this thread, and unlike others, you kept calm and does not use harsh words although i think that you are a little unhappy for what had happened. For Bruno, that update in fact make the game much much more easier. With your update, i can score AT LEAST 5-0 in half time. :rolleyes:

Yeah I second that. I think FIFA 07 gameplay is much better than 06 in terms of default AI.

Meaning that playing with the eventual tweaks to the FIFA 07 AI will be much better than going back to the tweaked 06 gameplay.

You really think you can come up with a better gameplay by spending 2 hours where EA spends a whole year tuning it up (and don't forget they coded the whole thing).

Well handled NK :) I find the default gameplay in 07 to be excellent, so I will be very interested to see what you do with this. I must admit that I was playing a fair bit of PES5 while waiting for 07 to come out. My first game of 07 was quite a shock - incredibly similar to PES :o

I have to disagree with this statement. EA never cover the whole picture at once themselves. And often there are specific areas which need major work although 07 seems to be EA's best effort yet. So far there is nothing that is really sticking out as a problem, although I preferred aiming shots in 06 ... because it was so much easier :p

The answer to your question is "Yes!!!!!!" Most of the gameplay modders (eg, NK, OckHAM, etc) spend far longer than this on their updates. If noone had modded 06 I would have lost interest after a week - it was just too easy, ball physics sucked a$$ and the CPU AI was totally lame. Without the gameplay mods it would have become very boring very quickly.

Fortunately 07 is a different beast. The default play is great, but it will be very interesting to see if a properly done mod (ie, not a port of 06 gameplay) is actually an improvement. After all, nothing is perfect :)

i am almost finished my gk and physics patch. i actually got a science book on football physics (well it was for my game) so expect a certain high standard. the goalies are also a pig improve ment and taking shots in awkward position yeild less satisfactory results. no more half-way line goals for now. guys we also need to make our own direct ip thread so we can play against each other. i am getting the xbox 360 demo to check out ,more variables

I agree, and cant hardly find anything to comment on, but non the less, he does say what he did, and thereby doesnt take all the credit for him self. I think its ok, when he hands it out like he does.

I have made this gampeplay for personal use only but i tought that might have some people interested in play fifa 07 with a simillar gampeplay of fifa 06 nk´s patch so i release it.

I hope that Biggy begins to release his gameplay mods again, IMHO the best!

Biggy's first update was an edited version of my v3 for fifa 06 :jap: and it was built up upon that.

I think people need to do a little more research. Not only was he claiming there was nothing i can do about it and how all i want is 'fame', but weeks after he claimed to be BETTER than myself and how he is competition (after all his talk about how i shouldn't want to be popular for making updates)

The guy contradicted himself on many occasions and always tried to make me look stupid when I brought up the facts. He's an alright lad, but his methods in this community are border-line cheating and dishonest. That isn’t how to make a good update, even if it plays alright. Morals count and so do others feelings. If I took the CEP and slowly changed it around and told Ockham there’s naff all he can do about it…you’d think I was an as*hole.
