i think that someone did it, and dont like a lot the template! but its a nice begin ;) keep it up

some advice
try to use a new template
the black part looks like if you did it with a rounded brush, try to use a square one
use lines to make the design
the "Aachen Munchener" doesn't look nice, maybe too mmm... sharp, try to get a better logo or else add a glow for that one
and check the collar with O-edit
