I don't want to see another current gen fifa thx, It got old 3 or 4 yrs back.

Cutscenes that play at a decent fps ;)
All international teams tht have ever been in a WC?
The physics for balls bouncing off players need to be fine tuned. IN 07 there are some strange anomalies in the physics for ball hitting player calculations.
Decent intro cutscenes.
Fine tune the depth of field. It's good, but it can be better.
Make the game look like its being watched on tv - To give the most true to life experience.
Fine tune the animations for players. Add more realism to goalie animations.
Get the kits hair and faces looking real nd not blocky or blurry.

It's a game about playing football. Wouldn't it be more true to life if it looked like sitting in the stadium or standing on the field than watching tv?
Reminds me of the personal camera you have in PES. It gives the game a new level of difficulty because you have to look around to see if there is somebody to pass to.

They should make a really good create a team and player creation and just have the major leagues and international teams those who have no team you just create one but it has to be a quality creation center .Be able to edit players faces hair and anything really so the crapy non faces we can make our very own . Better shooting i think you cant get better than pro evos shooting . Free kicks and corners you should be able to have defenders in there ?? Cut scenes have to be longer coming onto the field goal celebrations and coming off the field and make it more enjoyable when you win something its over to quick .

Without question, FIFA 08 must include every single feature from the X-box and PS2 versions. Also I would like to see;

- Real dynamic weather, a 3:00 kick off in November means the second half is played in twilight and dark.

- Injury cut scenes, showing players being treated / stretchered off.

- Proper substitutions including the fourth official holding number board etc.

- Full player edit mode, enabling face changes to existing players too.

- Trick stick moves, perhaps limited and graded according to skill.

- Option to mix shirts shorts and socks (like in PES)

- All teams to have correct number fonts.

- Generic stadiums' seats to be customisable per match - for example if you were Tottenham at closed square you could select navy blue and gold seats.


Still we haven't seen the finished 07 yet!

With all the money in the world, they cannot get to their destination? Well, I'm sorry but Fifa have had ample time to get there. They keep churning out inferior gameplay, gimmicks, etc. I had high hopes from this 360 version and so far 80% of reviews, previews have been negative. That's enough for me. They should get their sh!!te together and make a game as good or better than Konami's.

On the 360, if you completely lower the pass assistance, the passes feel alot better. You have more control over their weight and trajectory. It does wonders for through passes.

I think every sports game should have a proper creation centre... That means Fifa should have one too... I want to be able to make nice faces for my players, make my own teams, with kits, badges and more, and put the teams into a league... In Fifa 08 this is almost a must for me...

I also want the skill-stick to be in it... In a football-game you HAVE to be able to do tricks... It is such a big part of the game... EA needs to make the tricks rewarding, and the tricks have to WORK... If not there is no point in them being there...

fifa makers must add some training to learn moves correctly to use it in matchs not in practice mode only
fifa makers have to make some development in virual simulation
& they have to add some thing in manger mode like training for manged team after specific period while season
& in the last season allow to player all international teams & play in the world cup

I would love to be able to manage an online league where my friends can play for a whole season. Let me explain the online league should have features where your friends are required to have a password to enter the league I would say 10-20 players you would get your fixtures for the week off the teams you have to play, you can call the other person or email to set up the best time to play the game this way you don’t miss a game because your working.

When the time is set both players come in and play this is a good league for those of us who hate cheaters you could run your own league as you see fit give out prizes ect. And you should be able to run it up to six months that’s a good time limit but you should be able to determine how long your season runs.

The regular manage mode and world cup modes should have youth teams remember in fifa 2004 when you could pick what type off training your player should for example the young wing player could work on crosses or your striker work on shooting this way you can pick a lower level team and build them into world beaters by grooming young talent into super stars

put the a-league in and better club creation and player editing

- good gameplay (sorry EA, better than fifa 06 but still bad)
- better phyiscs (the same like gameplay, better now but still bad).
- more options for tactics
- goalkeeper (in fifa 07 there are no goalkeeper, there are clowns)
- better editor
- more choices ingame, vor example ball choice etc.
- new graphic engine
- more faces
- better individual basics for the players
- more realistic (players without ball are slower than player with ball).

For Xbox 360 users the ability to map yourself and your friends into the game using the XBox Live Vision Camera! Wouldnt that be sweet??!!

Your point of racism being stupid, etc...of course it's a very valid point and one I agree with. I also don't agree with violence. That wasn't my point at all. My point was to have real world events included. And by the way, the stuff I pointed out does happen in football. Plus, I pointed out to make everything context sensitive. For example, the fights and all that mayhem does happen in Argentina, Brasil and many other places in the world. The point is not to take the attention away from the game but to have the legitimate atmosphere...all in proper context of course. If they can make a game about car crashes (Burnout), where the aim is to crash and score points, then what's so wrong with having a streaker in a Real - Barca game? Or the very very infrequent mini riot? I mean, just because you play Burnout doesn't mean you are promoting car wrecks right? You guys need to take a load off and relax, really. And the whole thing about ultras is a very grey area. Groups such as Ultrastito (sampdoria) & OV (real madrid) are opposed to violence and are made up of very respectable people, including professionals, and mature people with families that know better. I am one of them. It is very sad that a few rotten apples ruin it for everyone. Just remember, the ultras are the ones that animate the stadiums, back the clubs in many occasions and bring the stadium to life. If it weren't for us many stadiums would be graveyards.

So, you cannot compare a game like Burnout with the theme, i mean, racism is a very deep and real problem in our society. Burnout dont reflect reality, in part, i meant, you dont recieve the drive permission for to drive like in the game, the game is only an arcade racing that leave your enjoy "totally outside" of the reality, but to introduce a real society problem in a game, is completly different.

Neo, not trying to be wise or anything but what about war games and fighting games?????????????? That's even sadder since millions are killed annually throughout the world. These games reflect reality perfectly! So does it mean that it's promoting war? I thought my suggestions for next gen were pretty fair...I'm a realist. I know the racism thing would never fly but it's just a suggestion. and it's in context. I think those points I brought out would work well in manager mode where you control everything about aclub and these things happening through attribute meters. And the fact that you get fined, have to play behind closed doors, etc. send the message throught the game that that behavior is wrong and won't be tolerated. Whether you know it or not it's their in our society and accepted by most. racism, slavery will always be around. It's like a capitalist system where you need to keep people poor and down in order for the rich to be rich. It's all economics now but it's their...believe me. racism occurs all the time and it's sad that most people don't realize it. Of course they tell you that "the apartment has been sold..." instead of saying "We can't sell you apartments in this area cause you're chines, black, or whatever. Very hypocritical...

Real world events? Yeah Cool, but does it really have to extend to the extreme?
Racism is or can be a terrifying and daunting experience and can you imagine playing the game with your home team and suddenly the away crowd in the stadium of a game start chanting racist songs, etc at you? It's one of the things that has heavy controversy and there are groups aiming to abolish this from football. The problem with having it in a game, although to most it's just an extra, to some it condones racial behaviour and to others it can even cause offence, even hurt. People may play this game, and a racial chant comes up, and it remind them of all the bad experiences they have had as a result of racism. Some people have even lost family members, had them arrested, or basically had their lives ruined by racism, in football or otherwise.

Fair enough, we all want a true to life football experience, with an immense degree of realism, but really, EA should be focusing on the graphics, the gameplay and the customer satisfaction and enjoyment. They don't want a boycott on their hands.

I'll give a couple more examples before I shut up: Grand Theft Auto. This game caused uber amounts of controversy, lawsuits, problems etc. The more money that goes on this, the less goes into production, development etc. Also, the result of this is, anyone that hasn't played the game themselves, will know that the game has an awful reputation (I'm mainly talking about non-gamers and parents etc.). Rockstar have also recently created a game called Bully, which also caused a bit of a ruckus (US: rumpus), due to some anti-pc game guy saying that it condones violence, hatred and promotes bullying to school children. It turned out in this case, the game actually puts the player on the receiving end, but the main point is still there. Games with these extremeties get noticed, and noticed by the wrong people... anti-gamers. I don't want this for FIFA 08, 09 10 etc.

Maybe as a cheat code like GTA's...that way if you don't want streakers you don't have to deal with it. I guess war is cool....so American. War = good for kids, watch Iraqi's get blown up but Sex = bad, god forbid!Alright, lets drop the racism. What about my other suggestions like panning outside the stadium, crowd, pregame behind the scenes to allow you to feel the big big games, soak in the atmosphere, build up the anxiety, excitement, etc? A good example would be like on Fox Soccer en Espanol, they have ashow called "La Previa" which means preview. They have a whole half hour of showing the players getr on the bus, on the way to the stadium, warming up, etc. all to the beat of great music. They show the fans, etc....check it out sometime. It's very unusual but awesome. This of course only as a novelty...EA has more things to worry about like getting gamneplay down pact which I fear is never going to happen.

Well, we are going away from the theme. Anyway, im agree about that there´s war games, etc, but is case sensitive, let me explain. The theme of the game itself is the war, ficticious wars sometimes, other are historic battles, etc....but is the theme of the game, you like more or not but is the theme. Opossite of this, in a football game the theme is football, not racism.

So, for example, in war happends things really cruely. Violations, killed childs, dead mothers on the ground, fanatism, etc,,,,. Did you see this things on any war game?, No, because the theme is war, not his consecuences...anyway is a totally hipotetic game, you are not killing to anyone, is minus than to play with painballs, but if you introduce this other elements, this real concecuenses, you could not will play this game due is to arrive far beyond the line. Anyway in any war game you can start and start again, you never die....so is not real, but if you hear in a game racism words, it can be recorded in your mind.

I think that people is enought mature to discern between game and real (this is not matrix), so only the really sick people can say that "a game influenced me to kill my..." you know....

Well, leaving the theme closed, almost for my part, 1 thing: Fuuckk the war, fuuckk the assasins, fuucckk the terrorism, fuuckk the governments that sell weapons to the terrorist, fuuuckkk the racism, fuuuuckk this killer hipocrity society, etc. We have enought sshhiittt in real life for to introduce it on the moments where you want to enjoy with a game in your console. 2 words: LOVE and PEACE.

Imagine if every stadium from Spain, England, Germany, Argentina, Holland, etc. were in the game! Or at least in the top 5 or 6 leagues. With enough time, they can definitely fit it in the 360, PS3.

Not yet. Comes out on Nov. 1st here in the states. I've been hearing really good things about it. Can't wait. If it's as good as people say, at this pace, by FIFA 2010, it will be near perfection!

Ok here's my list of improvements for 08 NG;

*Never ever improve another next-gen console version over another. Makes people want to not buy it for their console (this is next-gen e.g. ps3, x360, NOT current gen).

*Make shooting even more sophiscated! It's already emotional, rewarding and great. Making it harder to keep the shots down though, I hit some good far out shots on target, that might should've, most likely...gone over the cross bar!

*Add even more player attributes!! The more the better and the more unique players' become, though this is already great.

*Add referee on the pitch + other animated guys around stadium

*Cut-scenes showing managers, time remaining...not important, but adds to that 'broadcast' atmosphere and believable

*Add even more depth to the commentary and it will be stupidly PERFECT! I swear I forget I'm playing a game and not listening to a real match, bloomin brilliant. But yeah add even more cause it won't hurt and it's great!! LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!

*More stadium atmosphere (flares?)

*More ANIMATIONS" EEEEVEEEEN MOOOORE!!!! YEES!!! haha, the more the better. Already fabulous animation, make it even more human!!

*More individuality on the pitch...REEEAALLY make players' stand out.

*make the control of the players better so it doesnt feel really awkward at times. Also give us 360 Degree movement with the analog stick! not just 8 directions! What I mean by this is

Up, Down, Left, Right, Up + Left, Up+Right, Down + Right, Down + Left

Will allow us to move our players in a much more realistic way, both PES and FIFA currently lack this.

-PES style strategies. Editing formation and giving instructions to players. Making your own offensive/defensive formation and being able to switch between them ingame particularly for Manager mode. Without losing the automatic offense/defense button of course.

-New player models. Being able to tell differences between player physique.

-Improved AI for the player cpu and CPU is always a good thing. Fifa worldcup PC version had player cpu making amazing runs without instructing them to. Haven't seen this in '07 PC yet but hope this would be implemented for teams that play that style like Arsenal.

-Really like the personal traits for players in '07 but most times when dribbling with analog some moves are random. Maybe combining L2 with R-analog to dribble would help dribbling with players who can.

-A lot more animations.

Improve player likenesses! at present hardly any of the players look anything like their real life counterparts! come on EA you can sort that out!!

3. a Free agency pool so you can put players that arent on a team anymore and are on teams that arent in a game there.

13. better crowd chants the chants we have now dont sound realistic like you'd hear whenw atching a soccer game on TV.

I have more ideas for the Next Gen, but my fingers hurt.

I apologize if this has already been mentioned but...

I want both FIFA and WE to emulate NCAA and Madden [06 and 07] by creating a gameplay mode that allows you to create a player, and take him through his career individually. I forget what the name of the modes are called in the aforementioned games, but you basically create a player. Then you choose his parents which determine his key attributes and what he's good at. You get drafted, and do interviews, practice, take test, go through different scenario's.

How it would work for a footy game is this. You can create a player, who is an aspiring player around the age of [16 or 17]. You choose his parents and their attributes. Then you basically trial for different clubs, get an agent, and he can present you with contracts offered by different teams depending on how you did in the trials.

After you sign for a club, you basically practice everyday, play in reserve or youth games, and hope you can get a spot in the first team. When you eventually get to the first team, sponsership deals can come in for boots, clothing brands, and other such products. You could interact with coaches, teammates, youth players, your agent, the press etc, and your respones can change your path. You know.

You can also talk bad about people as well, which may help you get a transfer. Thats just for your club. There is still a national team call up for you if you impress I guess. Your agent, manager, family etc can let you know that the national team coach is inviting you to camp.

There is a possiblity for so much depth in this. Eventually, you will either retire or just wont be good enough for another club to want you.

Also, one more little peice that could make this difficult is injuries and how you respond to them. For instance, if you have a small nagging hip injury, and decide to take pain killers and play through it, by the end of the year, your career could be in the balance because of the said injury getting worse. Alternatively, you can choose surgery asap and only be out for a certain ammount of time. During injuries, rehab could be another playing or fun feature. What do you think? There is a lot more to it, but Im tired of typing right now.

Fifa has a better chance of doing this, since the games that already have it are EA sports games. Then besides that, the License issues. But either game, I wouldnt mind seeing it in them.

-PES style strategies. Editing formation and giving instructions to players. Making your own offensive/defensive formation and being able to switch between them ingame particularly for Manager mode. Without losing the automatic offense/defense button of course.

-New player models. Being able to tell differences between player physique.

-Improved AI for the player cpu and CPU is always a good thing. Fifa worldcup PC version had player cpu making amazing runs without instructing them to. Haven't seen this in '07 PC yet but hope this would be implemented for teams that play that style like Arsenal.

-Really like the personal traits for players in '07 but most times when dribbling with analog some moves are random. Maybe combining L2 with R-analog to dribble would help dribbling with players who can.

-A lot more animations.

I think every sports game should have a proper creation centre... That means Fifa should have one too... I want to be able to make nice faces for my players, make my own teams, with kits, badges and more, and put the teams into a league... In Fifa 08 this is almost a must for me...

i would like to see cinematics after goals like when game start the ball is at the center so after every goal there should be a cinematics of other team starting the game again,
and also i want to see injuries cinematics like player bleeding some times and some time needs a physio to help him go off the field for a while!thats i thought so far!

make it harder to create a goal-scoring oportunity. Increase difficulty of shooting accuracy and decrease unbelievable goalkeeper saves, where it looks awkward and not real.

1. Improve create club
a. There should be at the very least triple the amount of available jerseys
b. You should be able to upload a GIF or JPEG for your teams logo
c. Your logo should display ON your uniform (shorts and shirt) as well as in the mini display at the bottom of the screen where the players name appears
d. Logo should display on all banners and flags the fans have
e. You should be able to play online with your created club (EA can downtune the stats of your squad so everyone is at an equal level)

2. Improve online experience
a. Have option to do a season sort of thing like fantasy american football
1. Players make a league of 10-20 clubs and the computer creates a season for them including cups and such. If players aren't available at the certain options for time they have to come play the CPU plays their team for them.
b. create option to allow people to speak to eachother during a game if they have microphones.
c. allow for extra time and penalty kicks in online games

In manager mode if you are being succesful the manager/you should be invited to manage your home countries national team and you then have two teams you are managing. More national teams are needed as well.

sry if i repost any suggestions, but didnt have time to read all 6 pages..

but make the game LESS like a game in tv.. by that i mean, the commentators are nice and you cant possible play the game without the current camera modes.. but i want to make fast throw ins like if i was in a counter attack.. not the same 6 ppl standing and wating for the ball.. i want a more "loose" tricks.. where you can take fx a half of one trick and then end it in a nother way than normal..so you can make your own uniq moves!!

I haven't read all of the pages but I thought there should be The English Conferance League.

I hope FIFA 08 Will have:-

3)Sometimes our player will be call by their country for the international duty examples likes Euro and world Cup Qualifier.This will be interesting because we will lost our main player and must plan a new strategy also try a youth player.

More control over the goalkeeper...... nad hopefully the defenders and goal-keepers wont be sooooo lazy in the next versions...... the defenders always look like they are sleeping on the job!!!!!!

Transfers should be made more real and should be given more time to do..... things like swap deals, loans for six months...... these are the few things that should be done!!! I guess all these facts cant be included in the game coz these are human ascpects of Football and cant be included in a game!!!!

i will like to see refs giving yellow cards to keepers if they take too long to execute a goal kick..

yellow cards to players if the take too long executing a throw in (also been able to take a few steps in the throw in)

yellow cards to players that kick the ball after been call for a foul or a an off-side..

In fifa 08 i would like to see the stretcher come onto the pitch when a player is injured, more leagues, more stadiums and tricks. I felt that when you scored a goal in fifa 07 you didnt put very much effort iinto it unlike PES6 where you actually worked hard for your goal. Maybe having more realistic crowd noises and more expressions on thier faces.. Because at the moment all that happens to thier faces are that thier eyebrows go up when they score, and down when they score.. I rest my case.

I decided to write my own PC soccer game because I think EA Sports kind of sucks, really; they're too busy milking the cow with too many games and paying expensive royalties.

I've been working on this game for quite a while, but the process now seems to be really starting to take off...

I completely agree with many of the requests here, like
-More cameras (my game is meant to be played as a first-person, but one
could really play from any of the 18 cameras...).
-Better in-field sounds, shouting, referee calling the rules etc.
-Training sessions in the teams home camp.
-And in general, trying to achieve more photo-realistic images.

Im just wondering if anyone would shed 15 Euros for a very playable game, even if it didn't have all the FIFA licenses and stars? (kind of like W-11)?

btw, is that the Allianz Arena? and does the tv screen follow the movements of the game?

They should improve the Classic XI to add players like: Lev Yashin, Bobby Moore, Diego Maradona, Pele, George Best, Garrincha, Johan Cruyff, Marco van Basten, Bobby Charlton, Alfredo di Stefano, Ferenc Puskas.... All the true greats. The only people I'd put on my Classic XI on there at the moment is Beckenbauer and Baresi (maybe more but I can't remember). I don't understand why they don't have players like Maradona and Pele on there already.

Yeah, there will be lots more players, but the limitation is that I can't use their real names or exact likeness due to the licensing stuff.

Also yeah, that's the Allianz (same thing, can't call it like that), and the monitors can show any of the 18 cameras at any time, so the replays can appear in there and everyhting. Also, the cameras smoothly follow players (first, second, third person, floor level, etc), the ball at different heigths, zoom in and out on them, sky, sideline. etc etc, there's complete freedom, something I havent' seen on F07 or WE.
I also plan to allow for easy player and team creation, of course. That way you can create the real teams and maybe share them.
And you should also be able to put your face as a player, that's a must!!

it would be cool to see the top 25 teams form south america (no brazilians, or boca and river included in this) and mainlythe top 70 NT's in the world . And better tricks

I would like to see some emotions involved. Like if a game is tied at 0-0, 1-1 or something like that and there isnt much time left. Then when a player scores a goal in the last minutes everbody goes crazy...! Also if its a final or a Derby match... Now (Fifa07) its the same if you score the 1-0 goal or the 10-0 goal.

And PLEASE put in a 2 player career mode. Like in 2003. The one thing that beats winning the league. It is winning the league over a freind...!

To be able to have a 'second team' for the easy games like cheltenham in the league cup, it's a pain changing your best squad to give players a rest. If you could automaticly chage to your second team with your more inexperienced players in it, without chaning each player one by one that would be great, and save valuable time!!!!

Yes your idea is good and I must add to make manager(caerer) mode more realistic.

And I have one idea- To be maked new type of caerer, where you are a single player and make caerer with playing for different teams, but you are just one player on this team. I think this will be wery interesting ;)

don't limit the PS3 to 360. There's enough disk space to have same amount of teams and upgrades for PC or PS2 and still maintain HD graphics and good gameplay.

When are EA going to put White Hart Lane onto the game??? They are a huge club and their stadium has rich history and would be a great addition to the franchise... Get with it EA

i think zola and shearer should be on the legends team and that u should be able to unlock a legend for your team that used to play for your team that never retires in season mode.

In Fifa 08 they should firstly involve proper use of cup names, like Champions League instead of ECC, Uefa instead of EFA, etc. Then they should consider using realistic cup draws like LMA manager.

They should also involve the transfer updates like LMA, for instance when you buy someone like Ronaldinho, it shows him and the manager lifting up his shirt like they do in reality. Also they should involve a dive button, but not too obvious, basically if your yards away from a defender and you dive it'll be quite stupid, the dive button should be used when your side by side with a defender. Also in manager mode, they should involve real youth academy, like proper youth from the real teams, and also realistic managers, like wenger, mourinho etc.

1. Score in top corner to reflect the league you are playing in. Ex: Premiership, Bundisliga, French Ligue 1, Champions League, FA Cup, etc.

2. More of a TV style opening presentation and to be league specific to create that certain atmosphere. Atmosphere is the hardest thing to recreate. It’s all in the little details.

4. Hostility Meter- Raises with bad calls, viscous tackles, cards, etc. Starts higher for rivalries. Ex: Man United vs. Arsenal would start with a high intensity as opposed to Liverpool vs. Tottenham. That’s not to say the rivalries can’t be created. If a game starts tame and then gets very physical and ends on a high note, the next game between the two clubs would start on a higher level of hostility whether it is a cup game or a league fixture. Once the level gets to about 90%, things will start flying onto the pitch. You want to avoid getting to 100% though because the clubs may be fined for their part. It’s not to say that both clubs would be fined. If one team is out of control and the other is playing responsible football, only one team may be charged. If this happens too many times during the course of a season, a team could see a deduction in points next term, relegation or even a ban from European Play for a season. The object then becomes to play a fair responsible game of football, but
that doesn’t always happen.

5. In Game ticker- gives updates on games happening at the same time you are playing as well as games that have already been completed that day. If you need 3 points to overtake Arsenal for the league lead and a ticker pops up saying they are losing to Chelsea, you know you best win the game to take top spot.

6. More injuries- Injuries don’t only happen during a tackle, they happen when players jump for the ball and clash heads or come down on their ankle wrong. They happen when players block shots. Goalies get injured when they charge for the ball and a player doesn’t stop or when they dive for it and come down on their shoulder. There are so many more possibilities. I don’t like to see injuries, but they are a big part of the game and they give your reserves and youths a better shot at the senior team.

7. Players on pitch to be speaking and shouting in the language of their country

8. A pop up during the game should show how many people attended the match

9. Villain rating- If an away player makes a crunching tackle on a home player, every time he touches the ball, he gets jeered. So players may play better when getting jeered and some might just want to leave the pitch.

10. More elaborate Manager History- Keeps track of which teams you have played and beaten. Who your rival teams are. Total matches in charge.

11. The ability to make substitutions on the fly. It is a pain to have to stop the game, go to the menu, select your players, swap them, go back to the menu and then restart the game. It would be nice if you could press the select button or something and have a little window pop up with a list of names you could scroll through. You could do it anytime during the game or a cut scene.

Jersey Closet- Every time you beat an opponent, their jersey goes into your jersey closet. I guess its equivalent to swapping jerseys at the end of the game. For Example: If you were to beat Manchester away, their red jersey would go in your closet and if you were to beat them at home, their white jersey would go in your closet. Since you can choose which jerseys they wear at the beginning of the game, you can determine which jersey you get if you win. There could be rewards for collecting jerseys. Collect a jersey from every premiership team and you get some sort of bonus. You can also view your closet at anytime to see which jerseys you have collected and figure out which ones you need. Some of the bonuses could be retro jerseys or something.

If Navarro breaks Burdisso's nose (there should be way to do that in fifa08), he gets 7 month ban.

One thing I would really like to see is (Although its not that important) is that the boots and kits dont look as smudged if you know what I mean.

In tony hawk they have that thing when u have enuff style points u can go in slow motion and do tricks in slow-motion so its easier.
In Fifa 08 they should have somethin similiar if u have enuff momentum you can slow your player down pinpoint your shot/pass to make it more finese
Also i think it would be kewl to slow down the ball in midair and direct it's curve by u using the panel.

They get alot of sponsor-money from tv or whatever, this should be included when playing manager mode so you don't have to play with chelsea just to afford a descent striker!

Iranian? i don't think so. Russian? They don't have a single russian team in now, and in the cl game they are generic as far as I've heard, so there must be licensing problems. Same with Argentina.

My guess is either greek, romanian or ukrainian league. I hope for an eastern european country. Those are such an important part of the UEFA Cup.

Though I hate to agree with this guy, he has sort of a point there. It's really hard to commit a foul caused by frustration. The game won't let you foul someone after he passed the ball. Not even shortly after. If you get angry, sometimes you try to do that - you can't, and that's the only reason you finish such games with 11 players.

The game doesn't punish you for such mistakes. Or for stupidity. If my goalkeeper runs into the other half of the field with the ball and loses it there, the opponent will pass the ball until he's back in the goal.

If you don't pay attention at the game for a few seconds, the same. Imagine all players of one team not paying attention to the game (because the phone rings) in real football. In fifa07, you mostly still have the ball after 5 seconds distraction. I want to be punished for mistakes and stupidity. I want the cpu to exploit that and their players' skills, too, if its team is better than mine. That would make the game much more challenging. I want the cpu to be more dangerous. I know it is hard to make them more "intelligent" but these things should be fixed quite easily.

- in manager mode during the transfer period you can check standings from around other leagues and see how a player from another league is doing to know if you want to buy him or not

i say it every year, but they need to make it harder to break the defence, and easier on one on ones. So that you are rewarded for playing a passing game, and not rewarded for getting the fastest player and running straight through the defence. Thats what needs to happen if it wants to evovle from a kiddies game that i used to play as a teenager, to an adults game that can challenge PES.
