So far i have added four new zdatas in the Fifa 06\data\ directory , in this ones i put new faces, adboards, gk kits and flags, but recently i canīt import anything to zdata_34 because my game crashes, so the question is: is there a maximum limit of files that can be added to fifa 06?
I have to say that every new new zdata that i have added has 500 files, please if anyone can give some directions about this?
thanks in advance ???

Your fifa.fat in Fifa06 will crash once it gets greater than 324kb, always, no matter what.

Mate your right, i didnīt notice but it has that size, so is there anything we could do to solve this issue, i mean the CEP patch adds so many leagues and kits to the fifa 06 big system file and it doesnīt crash, maybe i can use another program to rebuild it.
any help would be great ????????

The CEP patch uses a backdoor that Ockham thinks he invented, but exists since the very first Fifa's :) He puts a bunch of .fsh files directly in the root directory, but low and behold, the more you put in there the more your Fifa will become slow and unstable as the game needs to load more "external" stuff into memory, if you have a big config it might work for some time, but eventualy you will hit the new limit too, and I don't recommend that system at all, but hey it's your machine :)

well it seems that this problem canīt be solve, the best thing that i can come up with is to erase some repeted kits that i have seen in the zdatas, for instance kits like real madrid 3rd kit from 2 seasons ago are still there.

so how would one go about removing some of the repeated kits that the game already has in it?

I'm stlil new to this so perhaps i'm not understanding everything. Say I replace one kit with another... are both files remaining in my Zdatas? would this effect the size of my fifa.fat as I add more kits to the game overwriting old ones?
Any info is appreciated.

well this kits are not used in the game anymore, so if we removed them surely that will let some room in fifa.fat to add more. the only problem with this is that you have to search them carefully in every zdata.

That's what I thought... At present I can't get file master to let me view any .fsh files even after downloading and installing XNview and interfan View programs and plugins.
If you can, please let me know how I would go about searching them so that I do not uninstall a kit I have previously installed OR so that I dont remove Argentinas kits when I still need them. And in Fifa master there is an offset number on every file... I'm wondering what it is and if it might be able to give me some clue as to which files go with which team.
What i'm thinking of doing is just removing all kits from the game then reimporting just the ones I need and hoping I dont run into any unforseen issues.
Thank you for your reply. I appreciate it greatly.
