Are the chants, ambience in 2007 a bit different from previous fifa's? I know obviously since the chants are legit, some chants are permanent fixtures but have they added new ones? Or does playing 2007 sound the exact same as playing 2005?

I've just played the demo but first of all the quality of the chants are better this year and Barcelonas fansong that they play every time they come on to the stadium in real life is in to as a chant...

Well, at least that's positive news. Hopefully others will give their feedback in this thread.

The FIFA07 360 Demo (whew!) Does not have commentary, so you can really listen to the varying ambiance of the crowd.

I have been impressed by the ebb and flow of the chanting and singing, it directly changes depending on the position and situation of play. For example it's louder the closer the ball is to the goal and good plays, like throughballs or interceptions get applause. Also there is a definate increase when the "home" team attacks. The crowd settles down during passing plays (like to the back four) but they do start whistling in frustration too. Chants I've heard so far;

"One Wayne Rooney"
"United"
"Stand up if you hate man u"
"Who the f*ck are Man Utd?" (ironic)
"Glory Glory Man Utd"

Barca's hymn - ends with "Barca Barca Baaarrrccaaaa!"

Other clubs have authentic sounding chants, but I'm not familiar with their' names.

Awesome mikey, thanks. Sounds very good. Funny all the anti Man U. chants. Will sound amazing with my surround sound. I wonder what Real Madrid chants they have! Can't wait.

Hopefullly they have Inter's chant when they score or the excitement builds, "Oole ole ole ole, Inter, Inter."
