I made the mistake of contacting EA customer support with the cutscene/gameplay lag issues before the actual "fixes" were discovered, and amongst other things, they suggested I mess around with video card (ATI) settings and drivers.

Now my other games stopped working as well! Before I was able to get good graphical quality and speed out of my other games, but now they are either quality&slow, ugly&fast or ugly&slow!

I have tried all the possible setting configurations and using new, old and very old drivers.

I have also used Windows System Restore, the obvious answer, but that doesn't work either!


Any help would be appreciated.

Normally, on the ATI site there's a proggie you can download to totally uninstall everything that's ATI related on your PC. Then, just install the latest driver. Have fun :p
