View Full Version : List all your complains about 360 Fifa'07 here
arcturuz 01-11-2006, 02:57:PM 1) Sound problems. Seems to be having sync problems between my game disc and my xbox360 dvd drive. Crowd noises will sometimes, skip, go off, go loud, go soft, same for commentary. This is especially so during player substitutions.
2) Headers. Heading is not as good as I wanted to be. Players behind opponents simply do not attempt to challenge the ball in the air, preferring to do a 'jump kick' instead. Heading is mostly done with the player's feet on the groud. I definitely prefer the heading system on the PC version
3) Player subs coming in with soiled shorts.. small problem, but irritating.
OrgulloVikingo 01-11-2006, 03:38:PM Off the bench with soiled shorts? Perhaps someone put laxatives in their water or had McDonald's breakfast?
portofan61 01-11-2006, 03:46:PM HAHAHAHAA That must be it ;) Egg McMuffin + Game Warm up = Kaka in Kaka's shorts.
The only sound problems I have occured are the crowd chants going a little quieter during substitutions.
I do hate the fact that players coming on have the same grass stains on them as the players going off, though.
Other than that my only little gripe with the game is the 1-2 system, the players don't seem to run until the target player recieves the ball and is comfortable with it ... but then it isn't really a 1-2 because you have to control the player for a few steps before your player starts running into space.
LuvPES 01-11-2006, 05:03:PM It is very clear that this game is an unfinished game, I have to say EA Sports entire Sports line is an unfinished series from NHL to NBA, but give them credit, thus far they are going all out on the 360 especially with this raw physics and ball and puck physics. I have always accused these guys of being complacent which funny enough I am accusing Seabass now but no more. Now if they can only do something about their cartoony graphics.
What bugs me about the game is the AI at times, passing is great but when it comes to making runs, their just isn't any cohesiveness you would expect from your teammates like I would see in Pro Evo
MikeyM 01-11-2006, 06:28:PM My major gripes with FIFA07 are the options - or lack thereof.
I understand the cut in teams and I knew to expect the six leagues - and RTWC section (although I expected the RTWC to be a bit more extensive than three teams) But there were things that I felt were a let down, made all the more annoying by the fact that the game's mechanics are fantastic.
1: No weather options - you get day or night, that's it.
2: No tournaments - I like playing the Premiership with several teams at once, sticking to the correct rosters. I don't want to be responsible for ticket prices or sponsors, and I don't want CPU dealing putting the rosters out of whack either. So looks like I'm stuck playing friendlies or challenges for a year then.
3: No unlockable kits - I appreciate that the boots n balls list is extensive, but why cant we unlock/buy 3rd kits like in all the other games. They're only textures for goodness sake.
4: No "on the fly" management. - The best thing that the 360 games brought to the world of FIFA was the ability to flick the D-pad and call subs, change positions or formations while the game was going on. I miss it in FIFA 07 - Now to make a sub I have to pause the game, go into two menus come back out and then wait for a stoppage.
5: A really minor niggle this one, but why haven't the teams' number fonts been correctly reproduced as in the other versions? Even PES has this (in fact PES has correct name fonts too)
6: The ability to make CAP's above a limited (crap) ability. A lot of people rely on CAP to make players (real life) not in FIFA 07. Didier Agathe is a top class player, he is not OVR 62!

Aragorn 01-11-2006, 11:09:PM Well, is clear that EVERY game has always some point that needs to be better, indeed all can be better. Is not my intention to defend EA, more when im a really PES fan during last years(this year very, very dissapointed) until FIFA 07 for 360 comes.
So, in the other hand, PES6 for 360, you have 8 stadiums, no Bundesliga (i dont know what thinks the german mates about this), not editor, 1 only licensed team from Premiership, 1 licensed team from Bundesliga, old and catoonish clipling graphics (indeed is a port, not a really 360 game), not new reshooted movements, and the same gameplay as WE10 (game that i played during months and months). A few licensed national teams, if i remember well, Argentina, Holland, Spain, Chech Rep., and a couple more, instead of the big list of national teams from Fifa 07.
World cup tournament??, yes, thereŽs is not an International Cup option in FIFA 07 if you want call the things by his name,,,,,but i preferd this instead of all the bugs, false promises, and all the bigs LACKS (8 stadiums only, my god....a 30 teams worldcup played in 8 stadiums??? hehehe....) from Konami. So the Manager mode is very well done, you can play of a more realistic way, increasing the values of each players, making transfers, etc, etc....or do it simply arcade and making it like Season mode, just put all in automatic.
About the sounds, yes, sometimes they go lower when you make a substitution, but if you preferd to hear that weird ball sound each time that you touch the ball in PES6, well,,,,is your option. And about the IA, well, i really didnt see any problem, may be you should to put more it more difficult, i mean, World class, or something like this, and you will see how works this great IA. Im tired of to see how Zambrota runs the side when Messi has the ball for to make a cross pass, or simply return back, im tired of to see how EtoŽo or Ronaldhinho are always traying to dismark from his defender, looking for spaces, etc, etc, etc,,,,So, if this is not a good IA,,,,well, i dont know.
Finally, about names.....well....BlueLondon F.C.?? Chamartin??? Catalonia?? BrickStadium???.....ahem...
The Only thing that im really agree is about that rain/snow should be present on the game. But i preferd dont have it than to have it in a poor 360 game, like is PES6.
May be im so much critic with PES6, but it deserves it. When i saw all that images from FIFA 07 on 360, i though...."pfff...pure photoshop", then i saw the videos and the movements, i thought..."hmmmm...something is wrong??"... and after play the demo, i eated all my words with potatoes and i went to the shop to buy it, and retail version is much better in all aspects. When i saw the first images from PES6 i thought the same "pfff....pure Adriano high poly renders with a lot of photoshop"....i was right....when i saw a few videos from the game....i thought "hmmm....it seems the same game that WE10, may be more smooth but is the same"....i was right, not reshooted movements. So may be to put a demo from PES6 for 360 will be a great option for to dont waste your money....but i think that they preferd dont to put it (and if i was Konami, i did not put it too....u know), and that people feels for himselfs how bad looks all, not enought options, not editor, excent of important Leagues, with this annoying flags on the national teams not licenced, etc....etc....all with a nice rain or snow falling in one of the 8 stadiums and in the heads of this kind of 2D sprites crowd. ;)
Take care

I have the sound problems too, after a free kick is taken crowd noise will cut for a sec, some crowd chants in EPL sound like a few guys in a recording boothe, others are ok tho, the lack of an aerial game, players dont really jump much in this game, lacking the third dimension..............i also agree this game is very trim, as in bareboned alot not here, net physics suck, goals seem like they are lacking somthing between the posts, also a few stuff ups from martin tyler, calls that have nothing to do with the play going on, rare tho!
Game rocks tho i still love it, i like the depth to it, next year this game should have it nailed really, add all the good stuff back in, improve net physics, gimme all the small club stadiums, ability to mix kit as i want like pes5, some more airtime and a slightly lighter more bouncey ball please, oh and quickly thanx.
Aragorn 02-11-2006, 12:36:PM Well, the sound thing is strange, i only noticed when i make substitutions. So, i have not problem after the free kick, i didnt notice any cut sound. About jump, well i score a few goals making headshots, "chilenas", etc....i dont see problem on this.
Take care

stevemac34 02-11-2006, 01:52:PM cant seem to play with d pad you cant edit players that are already in the game ( well i cant if anyone knows how ? ) refs are very biased you touch them a foul they kick lumps outta you no foul ?? cut scenes blink and you miss them they also seem very dark and some of the players look like trolls or something very dissapointed all round really thought this was going to be the bollox of a game but let down again
TristanAbbott7 02-11-2006, 03:47:PM - Lack of weather.
- Tournaments.
- Lack of leagues.
- Some of the menu items are hard to read on my 28" tv screen and I'm not blind!
Other than that, really can't complain too much.
OrgulloVikingo 02-11-2006, 08:52:PM Although I'm liking the game I don't like:
Short Intros
Players coming off the bench with soiled shorts (is that turds?)
Crowd noise pauses for subs
Net physics (a bit)
Some faces are horrid
Few options
No practice mode
No team customization
Tired of those 2 commentators (bring in Eddie Myghten & Tommy Smith/JP Delacamera)
Chrizz_beatz 03-11-2006, 02:32:PM my problems in the game are -
- slightly change the way players bump into each other so they dont suddenly stop when they clash
- make the ref give more fouls for standing tackles
- stop making players go for a bicycle kick for crosses all the time
- make one - two passes more useful so the players passing moves as soon as he releases the ball
- change the player switching so that I can choose the player in front of the ball when I am defending.
- make the shooting feel more "real". I dont know how to explain it but the shooting feels too fake.
- and lastly for me, they need to make the goalkeepers less acrobatic, cause they keep saving shots that no keeper would save in real life. This can be solved by making the defenders better, so there are less shots on goal.
oh and change the learning curve between "professional" difficulty and "world class" because the change is too huge.
Theres alot of things there, but if they change all these I think they will have the best footie game ever made.
OrgulloVikingo 03-11-2006, 03:08:PM Oh! How did I forget this one?
Make challenge mode more realistic, a bit easier. All that great stuff in the shop and god knows I'll only be able to get 10% of it unless I dedicate my life to playing this game!
OrgulloVikingo 03-11-2006, 09:00:PM I'm sure the following complaint, everyone has:
The intro scenes. Enough said. It's purely pathetic. Not only is it short and they don't show the stadium, but when you come up with some amazing faces and character models like they have (for the most part), why wouldn't you show it off like in a lineup when the national anthems should be sung? Like other titles, simply pan player per player showing off what they've worked so hard at!
P.S. - Anyone see Guti in the game? Worse face I have ever seen. Not only does it look nothing like him but he looks butt ugly, I mean, like something from "The Hills have eyes"

Most people.. just cancel the intro mode anyways.. its a nice thing to have in a game..but did you see the into in NBA 2K7 .. lol..
EA's goal: CUT INTROS IN ALL GAMES...ALL SPORTS GAMES CUT CLUB TEAMS DOWN BY HALF..
Miki23 05-11-2006, 11:58:PM I'll try not to repeat the complaints from others so here are mine:
-Player responsiveness needs to be improved... the game still lacks total control and I find that players still have to complete the animation cycle they started... EA needs to allow animations to be changed and blended from one to another (like in PES) ...
-Ball has to be completely free next year... it still IS animation driven... not all the time, but happens too often for my liking
-Some kind of "super cancel" should be put into the game so that players are not "on rails"... e.g. if I knock the ball in one direction that I can come to it from different angle... LB button does not allow you to do that as someone else mentioned before...
-Ability to jostle for the ball... not just in corners, but after crosses and goal kicks etc...
-Corners need a lot of work... I very rarely feel that I did what I wanted to do with the corner...
-Shooting also needs some work, and shooting animations need to be improved, it looks ackward most of the time (especially finesse shot animation)...
-Headers also need a lot of work... Yes, you can score from jump headers but it happens too rarely to be realistic... Most headers are still done from the ground and feel lack of control... (in PES for example you can send the ball whereever you want with the header)...
-Volleys need some work too and are overdone in Fifa 07... Players attempt too many bicycle kicks...
-Passing assistance off is good in theory, not so good in practice as player responsiveness is not adequate for it... and there should be an option to make both players over Live either use the same passing assistance or switch it off completely... Right now, people that switch it off are disadvantaged...
-Lighting in the game is quite bad and unrealistic... there is yellow palette missing completely... e.g. when the Sun is out, you should get that bright yellowish light on the stadium (like in WC2006) and current gen... most of the time it is bright green, whitish look...

What kind of weed are you smoking my brother..?? FIFA 07 has better ball physics by mile away from PES/WE...and thats a fact..
anthony1975uk 06-11-2006, 12:59:PM What kind of weed are you smoking my brother..?? FIFA 07 has better ball physics by mile away from PES/WE...and thats a fact..
There still is issues with the ball physics. Its fine for shooting and passing, but lobbing or high passes are unrealistic and got to the player generally all the time without bouncing, it mostly lands at the feet. When you header it sometimes the ball curles stupidly like its caught in a tornado.
Theres still a lot of work on this. My main gripe is when you play the cpu, and he attacks. When he crosses he never ever headers the ball..ever. Every cross is precision and is met on the chest or in certain circumstances a volley or bicycle kick. i cant stress enough how much that harms the game. That needs sorting asap. reminds me of fifa 2003 where scoring a header was considered an achievement.
Crossing needs sorting too. its too lobby or too fizzed in and when you fizz it in no one can get on the end of it because players cant really react or auto switching doesnt react fast enough. Plus most of the lobbed crosses go straight to the man almost to foot.
Refs need a revamp, far too harsh and the player movement still needs tweaking. its still not balanced enough, sometimes you have all the players in the same area of the pitch at once or your back line far too deep from the midfield.
Little things like choosing the matchball when you've unlocked items in manager mode and night games would be nice too.
I think its a great effort and i didnt expect a perfect result first time. but as long as they go away and fix these errors, and not like they normally do, concentrate on a new selling point and ignore the mechanics they should be ok.
johan 06-11-2006, 02:23:PM To me in PES/WE long range passes, crosses are waaaay overrated and scripted in my opinion. Setting passing assistance to 0 will give you realistic lifelike passing (if you played FK you know what I'm talking about". PES/WE gives me total passing accuracy which looks unrealistic in many ways.
As far as CPU never using headers you might be right there..but as I play the game it really doesn't bother me that much..
Its like this.. you drive an automatic car (PES/WE) and the car will change gears automaticly.. (less work for you "something also called scripted")..in FIFA 07 you get to drive manual (you do everything youself manualy - no scripting..which is a total realism.
In PES/WE lets say you are a defender and you are next to your goalie...you have cpu's striker coming to chase you a CPU won't allow you to do what you want to do instead the CPU will help you get rid of the ball by kicking it out for a corner or throw in line.. this is BS because I want to be the one who is controlling the game, not CPU's assistance..
OrgulloVikingo 06-11-2006, 02:33:PM 1. Crosses need work especially early cross.
2. Use your head! They have completely eliminated heading! Everything is vollied
3. Jump! Why don't they jump?
4. Ball gets stuck to the top of the net when you miss a shot. Even at 75 mph it'll miraculously stick to the top
5. Audio bugs (obvious)
6. Replays! Why show 5 repeats of a tckle in midfield?
That being said, I love the game. Overall the gameplay is an 8.0. I like the ground passes alot and the animations are superb. Can't remember the last time I enjoyed such a flawed game this much!

ahhh yes that old chestnut. The sticky net. Gets annoying that when it goes over and sticks to the net and rolls around on top of it.

I have a problem with headers as well but I have seen headers by me and the computer. My gripe is everytime I hit the header button he vollies it 50% of the time.
I have noticed they have a few jumping animations, the jumping chest trap is pretty sweet and I have noticed players jumping to battle the header after the goal keeper clears but it's as if when the ball is a certain height like waist high the player goes for the volley instead of the header. I have notice there aren't any heading animations with the player lowering his head.
I just had a really bad glitch not long ago.
First off I am playing manager mode, now I am playing a game and in the second half I notice that every so often one of the CPU controlled players would freeze on the spot and be unable to move, this shocked me so later in the game I saw it happen again and decided to run in circles around the frozen player, and he was actually stuck there, the ball went straight through him at one point!
So I think nothing of it, you know how it is ... I figure it would be a one off thing. So before the next game starts, the arena comes on as usual, but this time the player I am controlling in the arena is frozen, rather strange. So I skipped it and went straight into the match ... guess what happened? After I kicked off EVERY player in the game froze. This was no crash either, as I was able to pause the game and forfeit it if I wanted too, however it was an important game so I ended up restarting the console.
That's my anecdote of the day. I hope I don't experience that bug again.

Sorry for the double post ... but I have scored a few diving headers with Dirk Kuyt, I suppose it all depends on the heading/volley ability to determine what they go for.
LuvPES 06-11-2006, 05:37:PM No I have seen diving headers as well even ones where they should have used their foot in that situation, I am talking about headers that are waist high lowering their head to try to score or control the ball with their head while they are on the run, therefor feet are still on the ground.
Too many vollies, everybody should be able to head the ball, I have seen players use vollies in game in circumstances that in real life will warrant a dangerous play call.

No, they don't need to end before the other begins. I already had to respond to someone over at evo-web for saying this. Shall I link you to my response over there? I think I should.

OrgulloVikingo 06-11-2006, 08:16:PM Are there celebrations??? Fifa is famous for winning a trophy without receiving a trophy. Sorry, no medal/cup presentations. The only thing different between a cup win and a normal win is the fact that your players seem to be a little bit more excited about it.
Miki23 07-11-2006, 02:31:AM What kind of weed are you smoking my brother..?? FIFA 07 has better ball physics by mile away from PES/WE...and thats a fact..
Non smoker here buddy, "unfortunately"...
I do agree that ball physics are sometimes spot on, other times they look ackward...
Sometimes when shooting penalties the ball spins in the wrong direction and has the wrong curl for the shot performed... (I'm running into these more and more I'm afraid), something I've seen quite a bit in Fifa 2005...
My main complaint is player responsiveness when receiving passes, shooting, responding to other commands etc... e.g. players chest the ball and it takes too lonng before they respond to shoot button... and in most cases the ball gets cleared in the meantime...
raid5 07-11-2006, 09:27:AM Severe lack of team setup prior to an online match ..you should get all the options you would in an offline match ala PES ...it all makes online play a bit bland ..half of the fun with PES is using your own tactic's , formations and player instructions so you can play as Sheffield united and beat someone who's gone for default Barcelona 3- 1.
oh and more camera angle's I'd like to see a bit more than 20% of the pitch
other than that a good game ..certainly hats off to EA Sports for making the effort this year unlike Konami

I don't want to sound like a jerk or anything, but how is seeing a digital human raising a trophy such an important part of a football game.............I thought playing football would be the important part?

And how is seeing a DIGITAL human play football important for that matter? Wow! You amaze me! I thought we all wanted realism! For that matter, from now on, when teams are awrded trophys in real life like the CL or FA Cup, whatever, there should be no celebrations, just simply walk off? Ask around. Most people would love this...it's a payoff. After a long season of battling, you want to see your team rewarded. It adds to it. Plus, it's not hard to design. You are weird.
deftonesmx17 07-11-2006, 05:40:PM And how is seeing a DIGITAL human play football important for that matter?
Err.......because thats what the game was made for. I'm sorry, forgive me for ever thinking video games were interactive for a reason.........
Ask around. Most people would love this...it's a payoff.
Actually, most people skip the cinematics in sports video games.
OrgulloVikingo 07-11-2006, 05:48:PM Actually, most people skip the cinematics in sports video games.
Yea, the halftimes, intros but not the trophy celebration. Furthermore, it's a great way to show off next gen graphics. When your club wins a trophy in real life (if they've won one), do you turn the tv off right away and go about your business or stay and watch the celebrations. Watching celebrations, whetehr in real life or make believe is always a good thing. Humans love to celebrate (most of us at least) it makes us feel alive, accomplished, etc. Why not have it in a footy game? Why are you so against celebrations?
MikeyM 07-11-2006, 06:49:PM Another annoying thing is why does EA select Goalkeepers' kits that are almost identical to the outfield players? I was playing West Ham V Liverpool and Liverpool were red and so was Reina! Better yet, why aren't GK kits accurate like in previous versions?
Mike
deftonesmx17 07-11-2006, 06:55:PM When your club wins a trophy in real life (if they've won one), do you turn the tv off right away and go about your business or stay and watch the celebrations.
I don't turn off the TV but I sure can say I don't sit there and devote all my attention to them celebrating, instead I grab a beer and celebrate myself..........not watch others celebrate. I do the same when I win the league/season/whatever in a video game; I celebrate!
OrgulloVikingo 07-11-2006, 07:17:PM Who's talking about devoting all their attention to celebrations? Trophy presentation would bea nice touch, that's all! and I'm sure it's not hard to design.

I love it when people talk themselves in circles.......one minute its so important and the next minute its a nice touch, thats all. :nape:

So I take it you've never met a PES/WE fan? And you have never heard the comment that gameplay is the most important part? The thing I find most ironic this year is all the PES/WE fans that started playing FIFA this year because of this version are the first to complain that this FIFA isnt 100% authentic and doesnt have every little detail.

LOL.....Excellent point!
OrgulloVikingo 08-11-2006, 07:47:PM Trophy celebrations aren't a little detail. You spend all that time fighting for the title, you want that celebration. Why complain? Simple, Fifa has always been known for presentation. Celebrations fall into that category. And, don't forget that as much as some like this title, we also point out the cons. And this is one of them. I get the feeling deftones :hump: just loves to take the contrary, disagree just for the sake of it. Anyway to each his own.
Miki23 09-11-2006, 03:15:AM One more thing I noticed a few days ago...
PhilH930 and I were playing online when couple of times the ball hit the player in the leg, bounce off a meter away then magically appeared back in front of the player... It looked like it was tied with the string to the player's foot...
It happened a few times too in different matches. It also happened in offline matches so it is not "lag" that is an issue...
Deftones, the question was asked, i answered it, i want celebrations, why wouldnt i? the game is geared to give you a football experience is it not, recieving what you have fought for all year is the way it is done, its a nice touch to see all your team, those guys you have trained and played hard up there kissing their trophy and having a fun time, its fun to watch, im not "bitching" about FIFA07 i love the game as i have said in many posts, alot of people say oh we dont need all that stuff, just give us good gameplay that is all we need, if thats all you got and nothing else im sure some of you would moan about that, gameplay + atmosphere + all DA SH*T............we want all of it.
weemckay 07-01-2007, 01:17:PM i don't like the same stadium all the time for away games. i don't like that there is hardly aney leugs...
Gunnersgoal22 07-01-2007, 06:31:PM Wow I'm surprised i haven't read any posts yet about all the online cheating and anybody who has ever read any of the EA forums will know what i'm talking about. It makes me want to stop playing the game when I'm winning and the other person screws up the connection on purpose and then i don't get credit for a win and the other person doesn't get a loss.
So overall:
1.Stop the cheating online
2.Make the color brighter so that it doesn't look like it's in The Matrix
3.Improve the shooting so that you can sometimes score outside the box instead of needing to be in the 6 yard box to have a chance of scoring.
More leagues dammit! I want all the English leagues right down to the conference... I hate not having to work my way up the ladder and not being able to find gems on crap teams.
kennytomson 09-01-2007, 12:40:PM -more leagues (obviously this will be addressed)
-bring back all past camera angles and ability to edit zoom and height (esp. broadcast)
-bring back right stick tricks
-bring back 'dummy' button
-get rid of player edit/create limit (if i want to take up my whole HD why not?)
deftonesmx17 10-01-2007, 05:43:PM 3.Improve the shooting so that you can sometimes score outside the box instead of needing to be in the 6 yard box to have a chance of scoring.
I dont know what you're doing wrong but I can and do regularly score from outside the box.
portofan61 10-01-2007, 06:07:PM make the shooting and goal keeping non-scripted. It may have been an improvement, but there's still the finesse-shot-from outside the box cheat that results in a goal 80% of the time.
Player shots and goalkeeping needs to be more varied. A goalie will not react to the same shot the same way 100% of the time. I think we can all agree that shooting and goalkeeping is an essential part of a game; if EA nail this, the game will feel more realistic. While we're on shooting, I hate the way the players legs often hit the ball awkwardly. The right legs should not "kick through" the standing leg in order to hit the ball squarely; there should be a range of motion similar to a humans. If the player doesn't hit the ball on center, who cares? Doesn't that add to the realism? Maybe if the range of motion is fixed and the physics are improved even more, the player will strike the ball on the side, resulting in some serious curve that could result in embarassment or an amazing goal, just like real life.
Someone said at one point that PES was better because it was more realistic, in that a most of the time the game was spent in the midfield, carving out a chance on goal. In fifa, 80% of the game is played close to your opponents' box. I think I'd have to agree. In fifa you get breakaways often enough that the AI needs to 'compensate' by giving opposing defenders the speed of a cheetah and catch up, or making one on one situations with goalkeepers less rewarding than they should be.
When I'm on a breakaway, I want to "feel" like I'm on a breakaway. If I worked hard enough to cut through the defense and I'm running towards goal w/ someone speedy like C. Ronaldo, I don't want Ricardo Carvalho to turn into superman and catch up to me.
deftonesmx17 10-01-2007, 06:43:PM While we're on shooting, I hate the way the players legs often hit the ball awkwardly
This only happens when you take a shot off-balance............which in real life also results in your legs swinging weird thus hitting the ball awkwardly. Think about it, if your in an awkward stance, an awkward shot or awkward follow through will most likely be the result.
Examples i made
FIFA 07 (360)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=89yzbyfLmng
PES6 (360)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a8qYDtFE_ro
To me the body, leg, and ankle movement for a shot dont look weird in FIFA, if anything they look much more natural than the PES body, leg, and ankle movement.
On my xbox 360, iv played one and a half seasons with the united and havn't seen the weather change once. Even when the games are 'aparrently' according to Andy grey at night, i thought fifa were sposed to be bringing out dynamic weather or sumit? any help would be greatly appreciated. am i missing something completely small and stupid or is this just a rubbish aspect of the game?
Focher 15-03-2007, 05:13:AM My gripes so far:
1) Cannot seem to save default controller settings for non-logged in profiles (or even logged in profiles after the first one).
2) Goalie often picks up the ball after his own teammate has passed it back to him. Totally illegal move.
3) Break away runs - teammates take two steps and often turn around. If I have told them to break, they damn well should continue their run. If they end up offside because of my timing then I could live with it.
4) When the other team starts an attack, switching to another defender often chooses a player that is not between the attacker and the goal.
5) When playing multiplayer and attacking, switching players to try and be ready at the far end for your attacking teammate often selects a player that is midfield even though you have players farther up.
6) And the absolute lamest and intentional thing is the lack of support for System Link. We have two Xbox 360s with two HD flatscreens but would need a Gold subscription to Live (which I will absolutely never pay for) to play against each other.
