im in EPL, i thought it was possible to sign players even when they dont get work permits, they just cant play in competitive matches?

how do i do that, when my work permit applications get rejected the transfer bids automatically get cancelled.

Did you try appealing?

edit: How old is the player in question? If he is older, then I don't think you can sign him.

but how do you send the player on loan without signing him? not approving permit it is automathically cancelled! you mean another apply for different club?

if you have a feeder club that you use to avoid work permits, then you can sign players without them being able to get a permit with the intention of sending them straight on loan to your feeder club.
