did they take out the foreigner rule in 07?

I wouldn't know becasue I rarely buy one so I never get the warning about having less then 6 foreigners on the entire squad and only being able to actually use 4 of them a game.

I hope they didn't take that out!

they did, but i believe that's a bug, because IRL that rule still exists...
