Dear Ea sports,
Don't you guys think we the customers deserve a high quality football simulation that improves EVERY year? It would seem that the fifa series instead of getting better seems to get more depressing as the series goes on. Please include the top features of the previous games like Fifa98, World cup98, Fifa99, Euro2000 in the much awaited Fifa 2001.

It is possible to improve each edition as it occurs in the Madden series, The NBA live series, Triple play series and even the NHL licensed series! Please include the following for Fifa2001:
1.In depth and accurate team squads consisting of 22-25 players allowing for 'real' squad management and cover for every postion. For player squad numbers consult World soccer magazine.
2.Accurate team uniforms which include home and away plus 3rd strip. This occurs in the Ea produced baseball, hockey and basketball games. Footbal/Soccer should not miss out on such efforts.
3.Include the realistic suspension and injury feature included in Euro2000. See the Championship Manager series for helpful tips and qualities. Include a feature that allows us to see who the team Captain is for the particular game. Eg. Captain's armband!
4.Include the realistic stadiums and arenas of Fifa99. Include assistant referees, Team and manager benches. See NBA live series, Madden Series, NHL series for helpful hints. All these games where produced by EASPORTS so it is possible.
5.Long sleeved and short sleeved players makes the game appear authentic. Beckham and Giggs ALWAYS play in long sleeves whilst Stam plays in short ones.
6.The Leagues to be include:

FRANCE
GERMANY
HOLLAND
PORTUGAL
BRAZIL
ARGENTINA
MLS
J-LEAGUE
CHILE
REST OF THE WORLD SQUADS...seen in Fifa99. U've got to include the major european teams if not their entire league eg.GALATASARAY,KIEV,ANDERLECHT,SPARTAK MOSCOW,ROSENBERG,MALMO,AIK,GHENT,BRUGGES.
7.Improve the Transfer system with a large player pool to choose from like Championship Manager with realistic prices and the ability to negotiate transfers and contracts like in the Madden series.
8.Players ability to be accurately reflected in the game. Eg.Temperment,aggression,skills
9. Characteristics and player faces and hair styles should be correct.
10.Make gameplay as realistic as possible, we want a SIMULATION not an ARCADE game. The arcade features should be a seperate feaure of the game like it is in the Madden 2000. Please improve goalkeeper intelligence and postioning. Take out the 'sweet' spots in the game where scoring is guaranteed. Player movements and team AI should reflect the realism of the game. Include accurate team system and tactics. Allow for sensible substituions. Players should have a listing of multiple postions ie. CM/RM, CM/AM.

All these improvements are possible and have been reflected in the other EASPORTS games. GIVE Us the game that we deserve and remember "If it's in the game, It's in the GAME!"

Does anybody out there really care about us(the consumer)? If EASPORTS really want to produce a quality game they should do them selves a favour and take our concerns and suggestions seriously! HOw about asking REAL football fans there opinions...DO the people at EASPoorts actually play football or watch the game? because if they did they would realise that they are selling us a POOR simulation of the 'worlds' game.

Produce a game that rivals the other sports titles you produce eg. F1 2000, Madden 2000, NBA Live 2000, TRIPLE PLAY 2001. Are the Americans more deserving of a quality game than the rest of us? Stop wasting precious time by doing poor games like PLStars 2000 and give us a game that incorporates the best elements of the fifa series in one game!

1.REAL uniforms (see PLStars2000), Player names on jerseys and correct squad numbering
2.Real stadiums with lively crowds with flags and banners drums, singing,flares reactions. Subs Bench with lively managers and assistant referees.
3.Realistic gameplay, Tactics player movements, overlapping greater sense of urgency!
4.Realistic scorelines of an actual simulation of a top class football game. No more 8-6 scorlines!!!!!!!!
5.Wider playing field (see ISS PRO)
6.Greater squad Management (see Championship MAnager)
7.REAL Football SIMULATION with an option for an arcade feature

EA never read these forums... At least one of their programmers does it time to time, but they already know what people are complaining about. They will not read these messages because they are too obvious. It's just Matt said that he will e-mail first 10 questions to EA in the topic "Ask EA a question" which means that they do not read these forums....FIFA 2000 forum is an example -- not a lot of people talk about FIFA 2000 itself there.

I agree whith you galatasaray or turkish league must be include this game.because Galatasaray won uefa cup and super cup .Galatasaray is the best in europe.
