The ref is a fool, I been the last man running in to a one on one, had my legs taken out from under me - and the ****in gimp says no foul - not only that but on the rare occasion he calls a foul he doesnt card em, despite the fact that its an automatic red wen the last man is taken down from behind.

(btw - it is at max strictness)

somebody's gotta have a solution - if not have whinge like im doin and maybe somethin'll get done.

I absolutely agree with you about how bad the ref is btu I would use different vocabulary. Check out www.fifa2002.gq.nu (http://www.fifa2002.gq.nu) and let me know what you think. I have become so frustraed with the ref in FIFA 2001 I no longer play the game (that is not the only reason, but one of the main reasons) I now only play UEFA Champions League 99/00 and FA Premier League Stars

yeah maybe I did go alittle over the top - but the ref is still useless - and I was just coming down from a loss as a result of several bad calls.

ea needs to overhaul their programmers and consultants in making this game.

wonder when ea will releases patches for fifa 2001. i played matchups online and instead of me relaxing....i get frustrated because i can't play one good game because it keeps freezing.....notice when u press options? press it and your game buddy's fifa will freeze.

gawd lawd!!! i never had so much trouble playing online games until now.

oh well, just one wish: i hope EA will incorporate the matchup chatroom within the game......hmm i like how Delta Force 3 did it...its within the context of their game's window...instead of switching window back and forth.....its ridiculous!!!

Yea, Novalogic did that for Delta Force 2 and 3. At first I thought that was how they were going to do the multiplayer. It is a good way and it would make things run easier.

Nexus: Sorry, I just had to give you a hard time. I agree though. There are times when I get tackled/assaulted about 5 times in front of the goal and no foul.
