I'm afraid heading is not programmed correctly in the game. It's not so much about timing as people think. All headers are incredibly weak. I've tried everything! They need to fix this for next year along with many other things. Still fun though.

Yea, heading can be kinda screwy in this game. I just scored on a header from 20 yards out with Peter Crouch... I know hes good at getting his head on the ball but c'mon.
