Mmh, I could live with a photomontage of using real kits in previews but this is quite irritating. To me the ingame hair(cut) of a face is as important as the face itself to rate the work as a unit and to get a feeling of how it actually looks ingame.

To comment on your face, it reminds me too much of Konami's default one which is quite average. You need to do a lot of model work to get a more realistic result and more resemblance.
