Like most of you i playd fifa series for some many years (fifa95) - and well now i am sick to death with fifa series -
Every year a new fifa game comes out and is basically the same - only sharper graphics, more crapper leagues, and gameplay messed around with a little......
EA NEEDS A NEW ANGLE - For me i would love to see more manager roles incorporated (eg abit like fifa manger/champship manager inserted into the gameplay of fifa......

I agree with you 100%.

All they care about and improve every year is their damn graphics. I dont care if the graphics are sharper, I want a game that is becoming more realistic as years pass by. I would rate their graphics 8 out of 10, but their gameplay is 4 out of 10. It does get boring and every year I find major mistakes in either rosters, players skills, gameplay.

Im so tired of their pathetic leagues. I heard many times that its all about the legal issues, but I dont care! How hard could it be to get the rights to have GOOD LEAGUES IN A GAME THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR SOCCER FANS!

Soccer fans hate what they have done and they keep on doing the same crap every year.

yeah you are right, I agree with you. I am tired to score 8 goals on the world class level. what's the deal with free kicks? we can't score a direct shot to the goal anymore. they also score almost all the time on corner kick. I must admit that the graphic is getting better but i am tired of fifa series.But you know that when fifa2001 comes out,you will get it.

I agree that the gameplay in the fifa series is poor. With Konami having obtained the licence with Fifpro and should they decide to enter the pc market, EA Sports will have a hard time claiming to be no. 1 in the soccer gaming series.

To shoot a direct shot on free kicks, you hold S . The little bar on the arrow will move. Wait until the bar is at the top of the arrow and release. You should have known that by now.

Scoring direct from free kicks is easy...and i'm talking about them all fifa 2000/euro2000/99/98 etc etc

the first gaming company that creates a good playable fifa/manager game with good graphics-good gameplay- and good management gameplay and finally incorporate-longevity- in a game will start a new breed of game sports game - fanasty sports?strategy,simulation,action............

i hate to break this to u and me also..
but amangement +action game is not gonna happen from abig company they wanna make money ..that's why they split them up

ok - thats fair enough.........hopefully one day people will see that asking for more leagues, better graphics, pretty pictures, just isnt going to add to anything special to fifa games......its time for a change -

i see the game with most potential is ISS!

they destroyed EA at
1-GAMEPLAY
2- player attributes and appearance and their relation and effect on gameplay
3- not like a mangement game but some sort of transfer system
4- amazing in-game management and tactics

with the license added they may soon be able to add leagues and then even more management

as far as graphics i saw some screenshots and it's getting alot better too!

p.s. even if EA are tru about all their claims they're still miles away in gameplay

gameplay and realism in UEFA Championship 99/00 is way better than ISS

I did try UEFA and I have to say its just a FIFA clone, the gamepley is better but not that much better. Its not even close to ISS playability

Hmmm gameplay just doesnt cut it anymore!!!!
I mean EA fifa game have come to a point where something else is needed in there game -if your league or the style of gameplay isnt in the game in 2001.......

ISS is here!

FIFA series are for gamers who dont know much about football at all. The gameplay sucks to deepest hell. I pity those poor souls who spent hours playing such crap and sing praises of it like an idiot. Obviously they are too ignorant and dont know there is a company called KONAMI who happens to make the greatest football game in the world.
ISS/WInning Eleven series are the most realistic football games ever made. Too bad, they never think of making a PC version.

One more thing to add. I notice most Man U fans like FIFA series. All my Man Utd supporting friends do. They dont know much about football do they?

I agree with most of what you say, but I can score TOO frequently with free kicks. Free kicks need to be harder not easier.

say take the gameplay of fifa 99-95 and combine manager gameplay of any championship Manager game.................hmm and what have we got?

soccer games needs more managerment gameplay?
and manager games needs some sort of gameplay?

thats the only game that i haven't tried. but i saw the screen shots and it is not good as fifa.
