Custom leagues with mutltiple divisions with promotion and relegation. This is what I had in mind since FIFA'99 to include. I think creating your own leagues and divisions would be fun.

You could choose how many teams get promoted and relegated. How many divisions there will be. How many teams in each division there will be.
