Originaly i had a problem with running fifa2001 with windows me, i would get an error: Fifa 2001 has caused an error in Fifa2001.ICD Fifa2001 will now close.

I found the solution, this may apply for some not everone but this is what i did, goto control planel/system/device manager/network adapters and delete Internet Sharing, then restart. Again this may apply for some people. I hope this message helps a lot of people who are having a lot of trouble running fifa on windows me.
