Some are more obvious than others when using CM07 to edit players. Here is what I think they are (on ones not sure about) and please post corrections where I am wrong.

Goalkeeper Skills:

REFLEXES - How quickly they react (not sure if this goes with REACTIONS also)
HANDLING - How well they hold onto the ball?
POSITIONING - How well they cut off the angle

Defensive Skills:

HEADING - How well they head but for scoring with head also?
AGGRESSION - How hard they tackle? Maybe more likely to foul (COMPOSURE also)?

Midfielder Skills:

BALL CONTROL - First touch maybe?

Attacking Skills:

FINISHING - One on One or maybe short shot accuracy?
DRIBBLING - Close to BALL CONTROL but dribbling with the ball?

Physical Skills:

REACTIONS - How does this afect Goalies with REFLEXES?

Mental Skills:

COMPOSURE - Does this go with AGGRESSION for fouls?
