For the English, German and Spanish kits go to http://jerseys.soccered.com
They have all the new kits for these leagues and others too.

All the kits on the Jerseyland are currently unavailable as fifa00.com's server got hacked, and I don't have the FTP password for there to reupload the kits (şhit). So I will repload all the kits next week and add them to FIFACS...

Out of all the kits you mentioned the only ones I haven't made for the 2001/2002 season are Deportivo, and Monaco.
I will reupload the kits to the FIFACS server and link them on the Jerseyland from there.
