It won't let me use the match maker which stinks because that is primarily why i bought the game for the online play. So how can i fix this? I already have my virtual machine on>

I had the same problem... But, in frustration I just left my computer for a while and the web site downloaded a program that then started the service... It took like 10 minutes to auto-download.

So, click the matchup button on the site and just wait... Hopefully it will be the same as for me.
