Yes thank you for beating those DAMN Germans tonight. Fantastic performance to beat the CL Champions hahahahahahaha.
A big congratulations to Liverpool, 5 cups in six months is quite an achievement and although I'm a Unitedfan, they are a force to be reckon with this season in the EPL.

Finally Bayern loses, they're not superior like they claim to be :D :D
I f*cking hate Bayern and the way they played before it became 3-0 to Liverpool was aboninably B A D, it SUCKED. I'm sure that ManUnited would've beaten them if they played like today booooooooooooooooooo.
Now let's hope England will do the same next week against the national German team, I really hope they kick their @ss!!

Man I had a ball tonight to see Bayern lose :D :D :D

Agreed on all points, Liverpool are now playing with a confidence and style that should see them through to more great victorys, and even tho' i follow Bradford, Liverpool have always had my respect over the years for there honesty and aproach to the game, aye and some of there wisecracking fans are great to talk to too ...the classic comment that is still talked and laughed about today stems from an incident from way back in the 60's when a religious guy was yammering away to the crowd outside the ground ..Preacher 'fist raised and hollering':> What will you all do when Jesus the saviour returns .. Liverpool Supporter 'laughing':> Easy, we will move St John to inside right .. a typical scouser comment that had thousands of supporters in stitches ... and that is what Liverpool are all about, they are still one of the unique clubs with that distinct charactor that will never ever change .. Ned :D

I think we all agree with you. Now these damn people will wake up and see that oliver kahn is not the best keeper on earth! he let in 3 goals in less than 50 minutes. he saved a couple of penalties in the CL final.....so what? any keeper can save penalties. he even lost the first game of the bundesliga to a promoted team. please wake up people and see that there are better keepers out there like barthez, van der sar and cordoba(boca keeper) i cant wait until the intercontinental cup between bayern and boca! Cordoba vs. Kahn. i hope cordoba wins. and my user name i know it has the word bayern in it, but i put that word in there because Giovane Elber pays for them and he's a good striker. i will change my user name soon...........GO LIVERPOOL!!!!!!! i hope bayern gets kicked out in the first round of the CL....that would be funny.

Two Swiss players get medals from UEFA on the same day...

May I ask the Dutch how many Dutch players collected medals today?

Or perhaps the Portuguese?

Or the Italians?

Or the Spaniards?

Or the Argentines?

Or the Brazilians?

I think I've made my point.

and many congrats to the REDS
good to see Riise score in his former ground
it's only a shame that Liverpool didn't hold on to that 3-0 scoreline, that would have been major buttkicking

You people are all jealous of the success that Bayern have had consistantly for 25 years. I don't feel like typing now, but I'll be back to clarify my points. Inter_bayern, you are an idiot. Any keeper can give up goals. If Cordoba, your hero who has never made it in Europe and is now aging, was on a team that was having a bad night, he could just as easily have 3 goals past him. 3 goals is not quite a rout guys.

Scotland, and I hate to say it, are complete crap. Did they even get a point in the 98 Finals. Granted they were in the group with Brazil, but for a team with a history, they should have done better. This WC won't be different, but I hope they qualify.

nimreitz, im afraid you're the idiot. it doesnt matter if he plays in europe or not. soccer is soccer, no matter where you play it. true, the best players play in europe, but just because he doesnt play there doesnt mean he's not good. and he's only 25. so im assuming that you follow MLS. take a look at landon donovan. he's the best american player i've seen in a while, and he hasnt gotten the chance to play in europe. does that make him a bad player just because he hasnt played in europe? look at Pele. the best player known to soccer. did he ever play in europe? NO. he played for santos in the brazilian league and for the NY Cosmos. and south american players are the ones that make their teams the top teams. let me name a few:
AS Roma-Batistuta
Bayern-Elber, Pizarro
Lazio-Veron(Man. Utd. now), Crespo
Inter-Ronaldo
Barca-Rivaldo

And Finally I think that if you put any European NationaL team agains argentina, argentina will kick their asses. and they will kiss the WC next year.

Barca-Rivaldo

one thing about Scotland is we are so joyous in deafeat (maybe that's the effect 20 pre-match beers has on you) :D

and yes I (as all members of the Tartan Army know)is that we are bo11locks.even our chances of qualifying are slim(we are in with 2 v.good teams mind you)and the only thing we ever win is ''best supporters'' award
