I am sure it has been asked before but I could not find it in a search. Which mode lets you play for several years with no end to it?

I just started playing 2007 version and do not see a Carrer mode only a tournament mode. How do I play forever. I thought Tournament mode had an end in like 3 years.


Arghh, help please.
