is there anyways i can revert back to the old fifa.db?

I didn't make backups!

I created a team CM07 and now everytime i choose my manager the game crashes.

Re-install the game. If you are feeling paranoid take a copy of the FIFA 07 folder in your My Documents first, but the uninstall/install shouldn't touch that data, only what is in Program Files.

no need to reinstall......if u oni make changes to ur fifa.db ....replace it with the one in the dvd...but all ur changes will be gone.....

Maybe, but it is safer to reinstall (or at least to copy other files off the DVD too, probably based on their file system write dates) because you cannot be sure what knock-on effects from the changes made with CM07 have affected other files.
