I need some players for my leauge 2 side which is Peterbrough they give u 20k but i bought tom craddock form boro for 12k so i am hoping to get some young players that will sign for me on a free because everyone i try to sign always arent intrested and the ones that are intrester are crap! please reply with any helpful info

These guys have been getting above 7.5 average for me this season.

In FM 06 the youngsters and reserves of the top flight clubs were very good signings, although they normally preferred coming on loan. I suggest you scan the reserves league a bit.
