After the transfer window closes? I have tried CEP, but I just can't get it working and hav given up.

i hope there are new roster updates available after the january transfer window closes!!!! Could guys please tell me a site to download roster update. I downloaded one frm www.fifax.net and it doesnt have the full roster update!!!!
