You could try: http://bleemer.heha.net/ & http://www.psxemu.com/ for some cool emulators.

Alternatively you could bombard Microsoft with requests for them to use their cross licensing deal with Konami to actually make the game for the PC.
Don't hold your breat tho'

I think I'll bombard microsoft I can't afford a PSX or PS2 with my student budget! Strange a money maniac like Bill Gates should have published a great selling game like ISS at least a year ago http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/smile.gif

Hagi as iceboy says goto www.psxemu.com (http://www.psxemu.com)
Ive downloaded the epsxe emulator and plugins and it runs perfect.
Had to make a bin image of the disk though (with cdrwin)
Running on p3 450 with 128 mb ram and tnt2pro. Looks great at 1024x768 http://www.soccergaming.com/ubb/smile.gif

I agree totally. Bombard Microsoft so they release it for the PC. Even a direct port would be better than this fifa crap! Who knows it may make EA release a good football game instead of the rubbish they try to rip us off with.
Oh and I wouldnt bother trying to run it on a 350 I've tried and its crap. If i was you I would go out and by a PSX or a PSX2. Then you could apprecate how good it really is.
