How can I play FIFA2001 on the internet? I've tried it many times, but it doesn't work. How can I use the IP-address in FIFA2001? Please reaction.

Alright, this is what you can do.

1) Find a friend who also wanted to play internet game.
2) Both of you log on the net.
3) Go in the Direct IP and you can find your own IP address inside. The host give his IP address to the other person.
4) The other person then enter the host's IP address and... The host just wait for players to enter his game.
5)You may need to communicate and give the IP address by using MSN messenger or icq or mirc......

Hi,
I had this same problem earlier but it did download after a while like in DaleBoca's case.
Anyway, after that, I did manage to get in the lobbies and game rooms but....every time i start a game, I either get a blank screen straight away, or i get the connection status screen, then get a blank screen or a game without an online opponent.
With IP games, after I get the "Connection established" msg, my mouse hangs. Have to reboot.
These problems have been happening EVERY TIME. I have NOT been able to play a single internet game yet.

HELP ME.....anyone.....pleeeease.....*

I'm in Singapore by the way.
Any way my problem has anything to do with lag?

i have same problem as debo, my mouse hangs after connection established or when i chose the teams and click forward it hang with the music still playing normal. I don't know what to do.
by the way i have a pIII667,64mb ram, voodoo3
and cable 512kb/s connection
