for those who are thinking about downloading EPLFX below is a list of the things you need
FIFAFX (to be able to assign the popups, stadiums, crowds,goalie kits)
SWEETPATCH(due to problems with peoples fed and losing commentary when exporting and importing teams EPLFX will not be fed compatible. but you will still have commentary cause it was made with fed)
DIRECT X8 (this is what FIFAFX users to work correctly)
this is all you should need to have the patch working as it should do
