i've noticed whenever i import kits using kitraptor, they are fine, but when it comes to importing uniteds kit, i do all that thing on options where u regenerate or something and when i play in game half way through loading a match it exits to desktop

Kit Raptor blows, use Monkeydragons importer instead.

the game has certain amount of "memory" that can use
that memory is used with kits, faces, adboards, balls and stadiums
if you use 2gk kits in barça (home and Gk), with players like ronaldinho, messi, valdes, deco, eto, gudjohnsen, etc (that all have a custom face), and in a stadium like camp nou, all that overpasses the limit of memory
what you can do is use all Goalkeeper kits in 512x512
that should do it

this happens with manchester u, barça, real madrid and some other teams that have a lot of 'real' faces and a huge stadium
