im west brom im in the prem currently 4th my question is when i request feeder clubs they keep givin me non league english sides is there any thing i can do to get better feeder clubs from japan/china for money reasons and from belgium etc for work permit reasons so i can sign better players n send them out for a permit rather then not gettin a player at all? any thing at all that can help me would be great

I think it's up to rep to get financial feeders. You have to be an established name.
