sorry for the multitude of Q's related to what does and does not mess up the .db file and thus cause the Manager Mode to crash, but I absolutely love what I've got going right now and don't want to make the mistake of adding an enhancement but losing the Manager Mode.

Will Turf Importer allow me to seamlessly change out my turfs without causing my ongoing Manager Mode to crash?

First, backup your folder "Fifa07", and i suggest try the turf maker 2.0 by Monkeydragon, it's a safe tool that creates a new zdata (zdata70) that avoid the famous game crashes, for me the turf importer doesn't worked.

i can play carrer with a lot of turf imported, MonkeyDragon turf importer is the best program to import turf and wont "destroy" ur carrer.

Turf Importer wont destroy your career as well ;). I use it :).

Nowhere on the forum you can find something utile for importing turfs.

yeah, while Ultra has been helpful on the whole, responses like these just aren't. people have been trying to sort this out for weeks without explanations.

there are thousands of threads about kits, adboards, flags etc.

but only 1 or 2 about turfs (e.g. frenkie's thread)

but theres nowhere explained HOW


I hope somebody that KNOWS the 'HOW' will open an explaination thread and PLEASE post also the needed turfs in it !!!

I am back to using regular EA turfs (at night they're not that bad actualy but yes in daytime they look awful) because they are the only ones that don't make my game crash, I even did a recolor myself but then all the pitches were looking brand new, I just changed one pitch and imported them to all stadiums, best thing would be to recolor all t229 textures by hand, and not making them double sized but that's a monk job and I don't have the time to do it.
