what is the best way to set fifa 07 up to date (including last winter transfers etc) ?????

there are just so much different patches.

I tried EA's official patch but after that I cant edit with CM...

so I need a patch that only updates rosters and that editing with cm is still possible.

Help plz ?

I use the CEP 3.0 from Fifa-mra. You also need to download the 2 updates to get the updated winter transfer rosters. You can still do editing with CM07.

i know, but it messes up alllll the game you know...

I DON'T KNOW WERE TO LOOK FOR THE FILE YOU WANT, SOME HELP WOULD BE SPLENDID.

Fifa 07/data/cmn .....inside the cmn folder you will find the ...fifa data base file...simply entitled fifa.(with data base file in grey underneath)

this means that everybody is creating players "manually" and doing ALL transfers again manually etc. ?????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

there must be somewhere a roster patch that only updates the rosters and doesn't change other things I HOPE...

come on people...

eng.db - Fifa07/data/cmm/fe or be

and the d.sqauds from My documents/Fifa07 (only if the rosters that you install came with this file)

lol soz guys, i went away for the weekend,ill do it now for you. Presumably once youve put my files into your game you do the reset squads thing.

Thanks Man...I looked at them, but they seem to be the original database files?
They are dated Aug. and Sept. 06...and I don't see any transfers?

lol :S well those r the ones ive taken out the of my game. ill post the squad file i have, may help a bit more im not sure ??

The patch doesn't update FIFA.DB so there is little point in posting that. What might be of interest to others would be a 'D. My Squads' file created from the patched rosters (which actually reside in PC_CL.BIN) but the minute you touch FIFA.DB with an editor that is going to go to hell in a handcart, so I don't really so how any of this helps solve the original issue.

exactly, the only way seems to be a roster patch in .cmp

but nobody is interested in making it

Weird because whenever I've downloaded a roster patch...I thought that the fifa.db file was included in the download....anyway your right Steve/Baya this isnt going to solve the original issue....
