Hi,

I will pay $50 instantly (upon delivery of code) to any person or company that can modify/hack/configure Fifa 2007 so that 2 players can play cooperatively (co-op, in the same team) versus the computer via Direct IP or LAN.

A few things that can help you:
- This feature is available on older FIFAs (2005 and before if i recall correctly) but has since been eliminated.
- This feature is also available (it seems) on the XBOX 360 version of the game.
- A modification has been made and posted in this forum several times that allows two players to play cooperatively in offline mode (i.e., both players playing physically on the same computer). Perhaps you can start from there.

I have asked for this feature before and my offer still stands.

Thank you in advance.

FIFA 07 is designed so you can't cheat online.

Frankly, why would you want to pay $50 for this when you could both play on the same machine - if you had a gamepad and keyboard (or two gamepads).

FIFA 07 natively supports two players playing co-op on the same machine.

hi Matt
I'm not talking about EA Sports online and I don't want to cheat.

I want to play via Direct IP or LAN in order to make some tournaments we organize and have a lot of fun.

Sorry if I made it seem like I thought you were cheating - what I meant was that this is the reason EA doesn't like this feature - because it can lead to cheating, hence why it was taken out a couple of years ago.

I can't help you in regart do a hack or anything, but why can't you do this on the one computer with multiple gamepads?

I do have 3 gamepads. However, the reason why I need this feature is that my friend cannot come to my house to play (he gets out of work at around 11 PM and my wife will kill me if he ever comes at that time), so we usually played at night.

We organize Champions League or World Cup tournaments and we play every game using one team (we usually play with the team that has to win or the team in disadvantage, depending on the situation). We play two players vs computer. We keep scores, scorers, bookings and other stuff in an Excel file and we have a blast.

I don't think it can be cheating because players should be able to see when their "opponent" actually moves two controls to one side in the controller select screen. Moreover, they could have taken the feature out of EASO and leave it in DirectIP or LAN games.

Offer still stands to anyone that can program this.

Thanks.

You'd probably have more success trying to smoke your own pole....but it's cheaper than $50.00
