v Nistelrooy will be wearing nr 9 and not nr 10. That's what Fergie told Dutch reporters.
OR Yorkie OR Solksjaer will have to make room for him but since Solksjaer signed his name under a new contract it's obvious isn't it..

So with all these transfers i'm getting a bit mixed !
I know that Sol Campbell (bless him) has adopted his old n°23 at Arsenal, that Nobby SOLANO has swapped 15 for n°4 at Newcastle and that his new team mate Craig Bellamy has gone for n°17 and that zidane has opted for n°5 .....

But if anyone knows what numbers any of the players in the following list have gone for please post 'em up !!!! it would be cool

Juan Veron held up (or his girlfriend did) the number 4 at his press conference. Maybe Ole will get #10 if RVN doesn't take it.

Campbell: likely to take 3 off Stephanovs.
Jeffers : Will take over 9
Van Bronkhorst TBC

Aston Villa

Schmeichel will wear the vacant #1.
I think 11 is free so Hadji will probably have that.

Chelsea.

Lampard was pictured in the #8 vacated by Poyet.
Petit will probably take over 11 (Wise gone)

Man Utd.

Veron will take #4 from David May.
Van Nistelrooy will take vacant #10 (most likely, unless United are gonna swap numbers.
Possible option : Switch Butt from #8 to 10 and give Van Nistelrooy #8

Tottenham.

Poyet will probably take over vacant #5
Sullivan will take #1 (if Walker goes)
