for the real deal, you know players react differently due to their personalities. try kind or harsh team talks, offer a new contract, play down his performance in media etc. etc. you sure will get a result but choosing the right action is up to you mate.

Put him on the bench, and bring the 2nd keeper. He will be moralized if you put him in the 11-lineup.

I do that, and after 3/4 games, the 1st choice comes back stronger.
