Yes. SM07 has the old SM06 bug still in it. Never use save from the menu but instead when done editting, choose exit in the menu and answer "yes" in the box that asks you to save, then let sound master close itself and never touch the X in the top right corner to close the window or you're screwed as it will screw your audio.big and render it corrupt.

The symptoms are match features no sound or any at all, then system freezes at end of match when wanting to return to the menu. Only way out is cold boot (even alt ctrl del doesn't function)

I signaled this bug to Rinaldo many times since last year version but he was never able to reproduce it on his system. Many users are reporting the problems you describe though, also by importing .smp patches (the sound master version of the cmp patches, sadly because of this bug I only made my sound packs as manualy importeing packs or full .exe patches)

To restore your game you need to restore your original audio.big file from your Fifa cd, then reimport your sound packs and save and take backups after every team.

Thanx man , i hope that's the problem , but i tried again the same procedure on LA Galaxy and everything was great , the sounds were very realistic . Can the source of the problem be that the team to which i'm trying to add sounds is from a .cmp file

Well I expect that when you import the sound files (either asf's or wav's) with SM07 you have created the references to them in the left window? There you have to specify the chant name, team id number the chant is for, event when the chant has to be heard ect...

If you did that correctly and saved the way I described in my previous post all should be fine...
