View Full Version : Anyone wanna play online on WE2007 for the PC?
zubesss 27-04-2007, 08:58:AM Does anyone have this game for the PC? It seems like only Hong Kong people have this game and games with them lag like crazy. My screenname is zubesss and I'd love to play a lag free game.
Oh, and we should start an AIM ring too. My AIM is zubes sucks.
Shards 27-04-2007, 06:14:PM where are you from?
Toronto here.
rickson16356 27-04-2007, 08:20:PM I'm from Chicago and I'm playign WE2007 my nick is rickson16356
Achilees 28-04-2007, 08:31:AM I am from Buffalo and my nick is Achilees.
We are all close so it should be pretty good.
I am also tired of this lag-ful games. I dont enjoy at all.
peebo 28-04-2007, 01:00:PM Have any of you guys played each other yet? And if so, can you please leave some feedback as to your experience on the american server(s). I almost pulled the trigger a couple of times buying this game, but with some of the complaints I've been hearing being stuck with laggy Hong Kong server(s), it hardly seems worth getting at this point in time.
Anyway, any feedback would be greatly appreciated :)
Shards 28-04-2007, 04:07:PM Playing against close opponents is fine. Lag is not an issue.

I played against rickson last night, and lag wasn't an issue at all.

Well, to be honest I haven't played with the guys here yet and there were only a couple of games lag free. Whenever I get in (not so often) I never find someone that will be in a good shape for a good lag free game.

I find that with this game it's important to know the location of the person you are playing with and ignore the bars.
I play with DarkRabbi pretty frequently. He lives in CA, and I live in NJ. We get 1 bar in the room (the same as I get with someone from Hong Kong). When we play we don't experience any lag at all. In fact, we often do better in the half that we are not hosting.
I've had the game since it was first available in the US, and there was literally no one from the US on there any time I wanted to play. In the past few weeks I've seen more and more people from the US in there. This title's popularity is starting to grow, and hopefully we will have a lot more playing options soon.
We should start an AIM ring or something.
I'm Stevexx20x on AIM if anyone is interested in playing. I'll be on tonight after 10:30 pm EST.
zubesss 28-04-2007, 11:22:PM Yea, we should start an AIM ring (thanks to the lack of buddy list in the game). My aim name is zubes sucks, and I'm from Los Angeles.
