i just bought Pro Evo Soccer 2007 the other day and im getting it down pretty well, but is the only way to bend a free kick by holding the directional buttons? i was reading the manual and saw something to do with L1 and R1 but i dont know for sure.

Can someone help me out or is there a tutorial on youtube.

m8 , i can't believge people are still asking questions like this , people used to do this for pro evo 3 when they were like 12, it's on a bout a bazillion threads , or just read the manual

Okay i got you, I figured this out and it took me years... Hold R1 and foward for really far freekicks... I rarely score from 38 meters... now when you hold r2 the ball gets more hight, after you charge your shot... use the digital pad to press left or right, for very close freekicks that are almost a penalty kick I usually fill it halfway and press back while the kick charges after I release ill hold left or right.... its frustrating and a pain in the ass, you will hit the post a lot and kick it over a lot... I have schweinsteiger on my squad and after a season im starting to put 1/10 in with him :) hope I help.... you really just need to practice over and over

m8 its easy, when you are filling up the shot bar hold left or right on the d-pad (I dont know if you can do it with the analog) and he will bend it that way


to hit it hard after u fill it up hold up, and to hit it soft after the bar fills up hold down... again, to bend u hold while its filling up (or atleast that is what i do)

just use the directional buttons to bend it
like u did in pes6

i get more bend on my freekicks using Circle rather than shoot but less pace.
