I encountered a problem with FIFA 07 in my 2nd season with Juventus.
All of a sudden the menu was stepping on it own and I couldn't choose my team and the gameplay became very erratic. I have uninstalled FIFA and reinstalled it and have uninstalled CM, but the problem is still there.
Please help.

I have managed to stop the automatic flicking through the menu, by re callibrating my game pad. Now when I play a match though, the ball seems to bounce off my players. It's like they can't control it.
Please, someone have some mercy and help me. :boohoo:

You have a usb keyboard, don't you? Try to plug it off when playing to test if it's the problem.
Then install the official patch to fix this.

Thanks mate, but the ball is still 'bouncing' off my players.
Thing is my controller has been perfect since I bought it in October then justa few days ago I got problems.

I get this problem occasionally (with a Logitech Rumblepad 2, which sadly has no calibration option) and it seems to be because the right stick centres itself outside of the dead spot. If your pad's driver software gives you the option then I'd recommend increasing the dead spot to be as large as possible. If that ins't possible, try recalibrating again

Thanks Steve. I'll try it.

To me for trying and to Steve for helping :). He denies it but he DOES know an answer to everything.

More craziness. My controller vibrated (Just once) when I hit the crossbar with a shot. It's never done that before and it hasn't done it since.
There must be a way to make it vibrate normally. Any suggestions on this or does it just vibrate in the Twilight Zone.

The weirdest thing is happening now. After buying this gamepad when I got FIFA 07 it has never vibrated in the game. Since I had the trouble with the gamepad and sorted it, the thing just works normal, vibrating for Europe. It makes the game more enjoyable. If you are having trouble with your gamepad try doing what I did. Reset it to default on the control panel.
