A few things
1. Larger Pitch
2. Crowd much closer to playing field.
3. Commentary. Why does the commentator always say "the Keeper". The Keeper saves it, the Keeper will take the goal kick. Hasn't he got a NAME!?!
Also, when a player scores, the commentator should scream the players' name,
eg:Shearer (as he takes control), SheeeeeaaaaraAAAHHHHHHHH! (as the ball is going through.
4. Long range shots going in on hard level. Top players should get 1 in every 15
(depending on how good the player is). And FREE-KICKS! (keepers are far too quick and computer like when saving a certain goal.
5. Needs more shots missing everything.
6. Long shots actually going past the keeper and goal on the full (not always ending up short in the keepers hands or along the ground)
