How sadly disapointing these 17 leagues are. Again, no J-League, Portugal, Argentinian or Australian leagues. No offense to the Danish, Austrian or Isreali leagues but cheee-rist, what a soft offering of the soccer planet. I have a recomendation for EA, though: cut the number of leagues down to 14 in favour of a bulked up Rest of the World Club offering. That way, instead of EA Negotiating with the Portuguese or Argentinian league for all-encompassing league rights, do it on a by-club basis. In this way, River Plate, Benfica, J_league Clubs could be included. This would at least provide a better transfer market and also allow us to play World Club championships. Another solution would to allow the transfer of non-attached players from international rosters (NOW THAT WOULD BE A GREAT FEATURE FOR SOMEONE TO WORK ON.)And no offence to the talented patchmakers, but patched leagues and rosters just aren't the same without narrator support - the authenticity just isn't there. If it's in the game ... it may or may not be in the game. Now I'm left to choose from the talents in the hinterlands of the Korean and Austrian leagues. Why not include the New Guinean Second Divison, for God's sake? Don't know if I'll be buying this one - will certainly be waiting for the reviews.
