I made the Best of Fifa 06 patch, resizing (amongst a million other boring things) about 1500 faces to 1GF some very intelligent and humoristic people originaly made in 2GF with the incredibly nice result of makeing peoples fifa game crash repeatedly to oblivion. So yeah I'm a specialist in performing boring stuff, in fact I'm an emminent specialist even.

Bottomline is people are getting frustrated by seeing nice faces here but not being able to see them in their game, I think that I voice the opinion of the silent majority here, forgive my arrogance if this should not be the case, but I think it is.

Thats right, editing faces is not a "piece of cake". the people that do this hobbie, it is because like to do it. In the other hand, people that share his files, do it connecting to Internet and spend their time only for the love to game, it deserves say them: "thanks for your effort" and nothing more. Its only a wonderful PC Game, but still a simple set of images and sounds that keep you spent time in front a monitor only for entertainment.

I think its the decision of the facemakers, whether they want to release their faces or not. I dont know why you're all so bad minded in this thread. Arnau is one of the greatest facemakers in FIFA editing scene. You should be happy, that he has worked for this game, so all calm down.

Take a minute to think what you all said, like sons of bitches, pricks... Thats unusual...

I wanted the faces since I saw the screenshot the first time and I never lost one word to Arnau oder Santiago that they HAVE TO release this faces. You all dont know what work it is to create a good face. Sometimes you have to work on one face for three days or longer. Villa has taken more than a week in 2GF and to finish the 1GF version has taken three days more. Because quality faces aren't just to smaller 2GF textures to 1GF, you still have to work with OEdit and Photoshop to keep the good quality.

I think the time, that Arnau spent to discuss in this thread, he could have used to convert. But its your own fault, if we all never get those faces.

They are not going to release this pack

En mi opinion, deberian cerrar este thread, cuando ya tengan todo listo y si desean compartir sus trabajos a la comunidad fifera, pues abren otro y asi ya no se postean mensajes de frustacion y que los compas se vayan a exigir sus faces directo con EA Sports.

Well, I've gotta say that I'm mostly agree with all you guys. I mean, there has been a month with everyone asking: Where are you going to release the pack?? And that was the mood until Rokeslater, Ekzach and Zefilio begun the turmoil and everyone went ape****.

There has been almost a month since Arnau and Santiago put a pic of this pack, and you've dedicated your lifes to bash and insult them. Now, I don't know in what context was taken the "son of a bitch" comment by Arnau, I've just guess that has to do with the Argentina-Brazil clash discussion in the Santiago thread, anyone of you could just say if I'm right or wrong, I also know that sometime SOB is used to call somebody, all depends of context.

So guys, it was just a month, some people who does other things (kits, balls, boots...) get lost for more than a month, promising to do X kit and I didn't saw anyone saying: "mother****er, hurry up, you promised something, come on, stick you work up your ass". Why in this case this had to happen....

Well, I don't know if closing this thread could be a solution, so people, just wait, really, the world wasn't going to end if these guys doesn't publish this pack. It's a hard work, and we should help them, advise them and praise them. If anyone of you have personal issues with them, there should be another way to solve that, I think.

Stephan, I have always enjoyed your work on the game and your overall expertise for editing in general, but with this round of comments you have lost the plot brother. I too am a married father of 2. It's unknown if the Fifa07 .o files will still be compatible with Fifa08 or not. For example Fifa2005 .o files where not compatible with Fifa06 anymore, the same could happen again... now that would be fun, wouldn't it?
