I know all the promotions/demotions in the English leagues... I would like to know which teams have been promoted/demoted in Spain, Germany, France, Holland and Italy mainly, but feel free to post promotions/demotions in other leagues as well.

Anyway, go to Wiki, type in the name of the league. It's pretty straightforward.
