Pretty even match with Brazil having most of the possesion, though, Uruguay had some chances too but their defense is very dodgy today, and i think Carini had some fault in the second goal.

Because of the blackout, the game was stopped around 13 or 14 minutes.

Man, I wanted Uruguay to win this, they showed a lot of huevos, i think the last PK wasnt valid, i dont care if no ref. is brave enough to apply this rule, but a rule is a rule until FIFA decides to change it, so yeah i think the ref was a COWARD and we cant justify him or describe that action in any other way.

Evidently the CONMEBOL has a lot to do on the linesmen matter, and while they are at it tell the referees that the rules in the Copa América are no different from the World Cup, the majority seem to have forgotten about the "reccomendations" that they were given, i do wonder why the hell there's a linesman that stands in the line if they don't do anything. Of course along with the stupid idea of putting referees from different countries mixed, unlike in the world cup were most of the matches the referee and the 2 linesmen at least were from the same place.

That's correct. The problem is that it's very hard to implement. In Brazil, there was a time last year when every pk was retaken because the referee wanted to show off, regardless of how and when the goalkeeper moved.
