anybody have the stars 2000 or 2001? which is better the fifa mls or stars.....from graphics and gameplay...plz.i need help..because i am planning to chat egypt's taste for easports products.because all of my friends are using mls and they are very angry and they hate soccer alltogether.so i am thinking of getting stars 2001.or 2000 and change my taste

I have FA Premier League Stars and I think it is better than FIFA 2001. Why you ask?

- power bar for shot
- power bar for pass
- power bar for through pass
- power bar is good, and is not too fast
- you can lob over goalie
- ball path is NOT SCRIPTED
- KIT SELECTION!!!!!!!!!
- Many Staduims to choose from
- AWESOME weather effectS! they look really AMAZING!
- gameplay is the best by far
- bigger pitch and the players are all spread out, so no pinball effect

-better presintation
-better comentarey (by the sky sports team)
-mark lorencen is not in it at all!
-players get better as the season goes on

I have FA Premier League STars 2001. I am not saying it is Perfect, but I am saying it is one of the best (or the best) PC Soccer games) It is missing a few things, but the gameplay is simply awesome, the crowd is much better in terms of audio. You really have to try this game, and play for a while to see what i mean.

well i have FA Premier League 2001 and i like the game play much better than fifa 2001 got. but i wish the graphics were great also.

Premier all stars 2001, is very good, the graphics..IE: player models and stadiums are outstanding, also there is the option to reduce the pitch textures to high or low, there are two things in the game that need looking into, one is the ease at which you can score distance shots, and the other one is that you can't save any of your replays, if that option is in this game, i can't find any reference to it in the manual, i posted comments on this a few weeks ago about the comparisons between Fifa 2001 and Plas 2001, if both of these EA development teams had compared notes and worked in together, they could have produced the near perfect football game by taking the best from each game and melding them into a final product..i was amazed at the detail in the stadium design, they are perfect and much better than the ones in fifa 2001, plus i think that the player models look more authentic than the ones in fifa 2001, the game is restricted to premier league and various cup tournys which give you about 60 games to play in a full series, but then it is still a good challenge to beat the best teams in there....do any of you need a hint on how to keep all your stars after you buy players, there is a minor mistake in the selection options that allow you to keep them.....Ned
