'I/O error 112' this is an error message when attempting to import a .bmp into EA Graph. So what's going on there then?

Please could you include why kits appear fuzzy. Many people have had this problem.

Crst should be invisible or with invisible background if u want to use the logo on shorts and socks.
U can make it invisible if u use Photoshop (i work only with it). Make your picture in Index Color and go to File\Export\GIF89a Export. It will ask u what colors u want to make invisible - choose background. Save it as crst.gif in the directory with gfxpak.exe. Now u should create a bat (how to create it u can learn from my tutorial) and write this:
gfxpak -rp j******.fsh crst.gif crst
(replace ****** with your fsh file name).
Then run the bat. When the crst is installed u can delete the gif and the bat.
I use the same palette for everything. When I go to "customize/teams" the kit looks OK, but when I start the match, the kit becomes fuzzy.

Sorry Nik, I discovered the 'I/O error 112' was one of my disk drives was full.(windows reported this incorrectly-but good 'ol Partition Magic). My version of Sonique FSH refuses to open kits and adboards.

That's easy.
This is because the 'medium' and 'small' sizes of the jerseys should also have the same palette as the big ones. If your 'big' jersey is perfect in the jersey selection menu, simply resize the big ones to small and medium, that would be fixed.

For importing bmp files to fsh i advise u to use Sonique FSH for Windows.

Maybe u are talking about wrong colors of back and sleeves?
The problem is that front, back and sleeves use same palette but some of u forget to load front's palette for back and sleeves that's why they look in different colors.
