I have seen a few posts concerning FED2001. What is it and what does it do?

Fed means Fedinator
It allows us to change the things in the game without the disappearance of the commentating.

Iceboy - sorry to tell you you're incorrect - Fedinator was a different FIFA editor made by someone called "Dysinger" (I think). It's not the same as FEd...
But I won't be getting FEd2001 this year - I'd rather hexedit! (DON'T ASK ME WHY!)
