I think in fifa07 the player transfers are not at all realistic.Its vey easy to bring any player from any club except the rival ones.The player transfer system in Fifa Manager07 is perfect.I think EA should also do the same for fifa.
Is there any patch which can make the transfers more realistic??

Another thing I find bad about the transfer system in fifa07 is that, especially over multiple years in manager mode, the CPU controlled teams do not transfer nearly enough. after 5 years in manager mode each CPU team has like 1 or 2 different players and thats it. My squad has about 4 or 5 remaining from its original roster.

also the loans you can make are very few, and generally of not so good players...this should be improved

yep, i totally agree. the whole system needs a major overhaul.

Really? I get buckloads of transfers happening in mine. 5 years in with my Chelsea game, I left for Lyon, came back after 2 years, 3 players left, 2 came in, and Arsenal and Everton both had completely different teams from the original. 5 starts, too, very entertaining.

But I agree that it's ridiculous that as Serie B side I could sign Premiership players without a problem.
