Well, i won't make fun of u, i'll just get to the answer (if this is too complicated language then look it up in a dictionary)

Rosters - Well, they're the team lists in other words. A roster update means that the team list has been updated.

Adboards - These are the advertisements you see during the game. (The 3d triangular things located UNDER the crowd)

"Roster" is another name for your squad, so an updated roster would be modified squad with all the latest transfers or new youth players in it.

And adboards are the boards with company names on, used for advertising around the pitch.
