could anyone please tell me how i can make boots. And what for a program i need.

2) MS Paint - under Accessories
3) Optional which i use - A good graphics program better than MS Paint to do effects.
4) I've decided to continue making my boots and ignore Schmeichel01. If he uses my work and make it his, it shows how great my work is. I should feel really honoured!
5) Go to www.fifamls.com (http://www.fifamls.com) to see what they say about my boots under the download section. It says "High Quality boots pair - must download!"
They also have some great tutorials there!
6) Try making boots yourself and then tell me how you feel if someone stole your work.

if you want nice boots then go to www.fifa2001.com (http://www.fifa2001.com) and look for download section: and there is a boots section, click on boots and you will find some new boots,ok.
