The new, New Star Soccer, mode. I think it'll be awesome. But of course it won't be called that

In the start of the season you will have to choose a player (I think) or else you would have to create your own player. Then you would only control that player on the field but in some way you can control the teammates. If you want the ball you can press a button and then you might get the ball. Throughout the season your stats will improve if you complete some quests you will get, like scoring 2 goals og make an assist or something like that. That mode should apparently only run over 1 season and unfortunately not a career.

i wish fifa08 will have better quality in graphic.. and of course the game play (ai) engine! :mexican:

I'm looking forward to the awesome gameplay of the current gen fifa07 with the excellent graphics of the X360 version (and ALL the teams and leagues)

I hope the engine of goalkeepers will be better and they should develop their faces and models/textures.
Reality.

The engine of GK's will be better - you will be able to control the GK on demand so you can move around when your opponent has a FK, for example - or come out to challenge the way you want to, on a one-on-one with an opposing attacker.

Don't get too excited about this.You know EA promised a lot of things for FIFA07 which sounded great and then what we got...

yes.. the be a pro mode sounds awesome.. cant wait..

all i want is a solid playable gameplay...vastly improved player movement and better collision detection and to an extent the ball physics as well

i want that feeling of independence wen one plays PES, not the mechanical feeling of FIFA :$

im looking forward to less yellow cards for sliding tackles.. i played 05, thought it was excelent then it went downhill with 06 and 07... :(

yeah i hate that, i hope someone might be able to expand the be a pro mode if it is good and if it is only one season ;)

and i wish that there will be commentary of arab (and may be for asian too) :p

Anyone knows when FIFA 08 will come out on PC?(H)

I'm most excited about the manual passing, crossing and gowl keeper movement controls! OMG, this is something that I wanted since 2004!! unbelievable. No game had such thing!

Ironic how PCs are still considered current-gen (or previous-gen, more correctly). That's what scalable graphics options are for, or like Tomb Raider, an option to turn next-gen graphics on and off. Stop wasting DVD space for videos, give the PC users both engines!

Does anybody know anything about the Edit mode in FiFa 2008 ? PES 2008 is going to have a pretty comprehensive edit mode with the ability to add a face in the game with the help of a picture.

Fifa have always been stubborn and stupid when dealing with the edit mode. They need to realize that users love editing the game and they have to implement it.
